{"id":100236,"date":"2022-01-18T19:29:44","date_gmt":"2022-01-19T02:29:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=100236"},"modified":"2022-01-18T19:32:13","modified_gmt":"2022-01-19T02:32:13","slug":"atienden-gobierno-y-congreso-a-afectados-de-desalojos-de-villas-del-cortez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=100236","title":{"rendered":"Atienden Gobierno y Congreso a afectados de desalojos de Villas del Cortez"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-100237 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/MESA-TRABAJO-LAD-VILLAS-DEL-CORTEZ-2-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"372\" height=\"246\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Diputado Luis Armando D\u00edaz acompa\u00f1ado del Subsecretario de Enlace Legislativo del Gobierno del Estado, Alonso Guti\u00e9rrez Martinez, atendieron inquietudes del grupo de vecinos afectados del Fraccionamiento Villas del Palmar de Los Cabos, quienes han sido desalojados bajo procesos irregulares, seg\u00fan apuntaron los afectados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A fin de establecer un mecanismo de apoyo para los afectados, el Diputado Luis Armando D\u00edaz, representante del distrito VII correspondiente a Los Cabos, estableci\u00f3 la mesa de dialogo; dijo que, pese a que no sea competencia de los poderes ejecutivo como del legislativo, si no del poder judicial, se establece la mesa para ver en que se les pueda asesorar y apoyar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Representantes de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Vecinos expusieron irregularidades en los procesos de desalojos apoyados por la fuerza p\u00fablica, advirtiendo la falta de sensibilidad y cuestionando el apego a la legalidad. Solicitaron la intervenci\u00f3n y apoyo del Gobierno del Estado, ya que el dialogo para convenir los pagos de los adeudos no han podido concretarse con la empresa inmobiliaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la mesa de trabajo, los representantes recibieron orientaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica del gobierno estatal, el cual ofreci\u00f3 asesor\u00eda jur\u00eddica de manera individual para cada expediente, en el caso de quienes no est\u00e9n en condiciones de pagar los honorarios de una defensor\u00eda legal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar que el pasado mes de diciembre, el diputado Luis Armando D\u00edaz, puso el antecedente en la m\u00e1xima tribuna del Estado, al llamar a la empresa Dessetec de Sistema S.A de C.V y autoridades municipales, para que se estableciera una mesa de trabajo y negociaci\u00f3n para llevar a buen t\u00e9rmino las discordancias que afectan a los habitantes del fraccionamiento Villas del Cortez, por la serie de desalojos que ha emprendido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Diputado Luis Armando D\u00edaz acompa\u00f1ado del Subsecretario de Enlace Legislativo del Gobierno del Estado,<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-100236","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
