{"id":102183,"date":"2022-03-01T17:01:57","date_gmt":"2022-03-02T00:01:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=102183"},"modified":"2022-03-01T17:01:57","modified_gmt":"2022-03-02T00:01:57","slug":"costara-4-mil-400-pesos-regularizar-un-vehiculo-americano-bertha-montano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=102183","title":{"rendered":"Costar\u00e1 4 mil 400 pesos regularizar un veh\u00edculo americano: Bertha Monta\u00f1o"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-102184 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG_9866-755x425.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"384\" height=\"216\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Luego de la entrada en vigor del nuevo decreto presidencial para el proceso de regularizaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos usados de\u00a0procedencia extranjera, la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas, Bertha Monta\u00f1o Cota, inform\u00f3 que el nuevo lineamiento ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, completo y a un costo total de 4 mil 400 pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Monta\u00f1o Cota, explic\u00f3 que en el esquema anterior, s\u00f3lo se lograron regularizar 50 veh\u00edculos en todo el estado, bajo un costo de 12 mil 500 pesos, sin embargo, al eliminar las cuotas de los agentes aduanales solo se deber\u00e1 pagar 2 mil 500 pesos del derecho federal, \u00a0m\u00e1s el costo de la revista y placas lo que da un total de 4 mil 400 pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Adicionalmente, se estar\u00e1n ofreciendo incentivos que ya reciben por ley los adultos mayores, jubilados, pensionados y personas con discapacidad, con lo cual el costo podr\u00eda descender hasta los 3 mil 300 pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La secretaria de finanzas record\u00f3 que s\u00f3lo ser\u00e1n regularizados los veh\u00edculos amparados en el tratado de libre comercio, es decir, los que corresponden a Am\u00e9rica del Norte y no a ning\u00fan otro pa\u00eds o regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los agentes aduanales est\u00e1n obligados a regresar los documentos que hayan recibido para la realizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites as\u00ed como a reintegrar el dinero que hayan recibido por los mismos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con informaci\u00f3n de Salvador Salgado Guti\u00e9rrez<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Luego de la entrada en vigor del nuevo decreto presidencial para el proceso de regularizaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-102183","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
