{"id":102427,"date":"2022-03-06T21:39:59","date_gmt":"2022-03-07T04:39:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=102427"},"modified":"2022-03-06T21:39:59","modified_gmt":"2022-03-07T04:39:59","slug":"pide-imss-bcs-estar-alerta-ante-sintomas-por-enfermedades-poco-comunes-como-encefalitis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=102427","title":{"rendered":"Pide IMSS BCS estar alerta ante s\u00edntomas por enfermedades poco comunes, como encefalitis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-102428 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Tomografia-3-540x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"363\" height=\"331\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) en Baja California Sur hace un llamado a la poblaci\u00f3n en general para estar alerta ante posibles s\u00edntomas de encefalitis, un proceso inflamatorio que afecta el tejido cerebral y casi siempre compromete las membranas que protegen al cerebro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El jefe de Prestaciones M\u00e9dicas, doctor Sa\u00fal Nev\u00e1rez Jim\u00e9nez, apunt\u00f3 que la encefalitis, es una enfermedad que se puede presentar a cualquier edad y es ocasionada por diversas causas principalmente infecciosas (virales).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La invasi\u00f3n del cerebro puede tener diversos sitios de entrada, de acuerdo con el agente causal, como lo son las v\u00edas respiratorias, intestinal o incluso subcut\u00e1neo (por debajo de la piel).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los principales s\u00edntomas en las personas que cursan con encefalitis son problemas respiratorios derivados del deterioro del nivel de consciencia y crisis convulsivas, ambos ocasionados por edema cerebral (acumulaci\u00f3n de l\u00edquido o hinchaz\u00f3n del cerebro).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Para el diagn\u00f3stico se pueden realizar diversos estudios dentro de los que se encuentran la toma de l\u00edquido cefalorraqu\u00eddeo, electroencefalograma, tomograf\u00eda axial computarizada y resonancia magn\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El manejo de los pacientes es hospitalario y el tratamiento se enfoca a los s\u00edntomas como el control de las crisis convulsivas; se pueden administrar esteroides, antivirales o medicamentos espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido el IMSS en BCS alerta a la poblaci\u00f3n en general a estar atentos ante posibles s\u00edntomas de esta enfermedad, que s\u00ed bien es poco frecuente es necesario que se acuda con un especialista de la salud para tener un diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e1s \u00a0preciso y no automedicarse.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) en Baja California Sur hace un llamado a<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-102427","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
