{"id":103016,"date":"2022-03-18T17:01:39","date_gmt":"2022-03-19T00:01:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=103016"},"modified":"2022-03-18T17:01:39","modified_gmt":"2022-03-19T00:01:39","slug":"fiscal-anticorrupcion-debe-ser-electo-por-convocatoria-con-participacion-ciudadana-gabriela-cisneros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=103016","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal Anticorrupci\u00f3n debe ser electo por convocatoria con participaci\u00f3n ciudadana: Gabriela Cisneros"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-103017 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/DIP-GABRIELA-CISNEROS-RUIZ-753x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"342\" height=\"223\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- La elecci\u00f3n del Fiscal Anticorrupci\u00f3n del Estado de Baja California Sur se debe de dar bajo el procedimiento de la emisi\u00f3n de la convocatoria por parte de la Comisi\u00f3n de Selecci\u00f3n se\u00f1alado en la Constituci\u00f3n, declar\u00f3 la diputada Gabriela Cisneros Ruiz, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Transparencia y Anticorrupci\u00f3n de la XVI Legislatura del Congreso de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La legisladora se pronunci\u00f3 a favor de que el procedimiento sea mediante la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, como lo marca la ley vigente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Record\u00f3 que para la elecci\u00f3n de quien ocupar\u00e1 la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Combate a la Corrupci\u00f3n en el Estado, la Mesa Directiva del Congreso Estatal deber\u00e1 convocar a la UABCS, al Colegio de Abogados con mayor n\u00famero de agremiados, Comit\u00e9 de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana de BCS, Poder Judicial del Estado y la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia Estatal, para que nombre a un representante para integrar la Comisi\u00f3n de Selecci\u00f3n; que deber\u00e1 emitir la Convocatoria para la Elecci\u00f3n del Fiscal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0La designaci\u00f3n del o la Fiscal Anticorrupci\u00f3n es imperante que se haga porque el combate a la corrupci\u00f3n es un asunto de inter\u00e9s ciudadano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente celebr\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s y la participaci\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda, pronunci\u00e1ndose porque quienes integran la XVI Legislatura se sumen para darle a la sociedad sudcaliforniana certeza de que la elecci\u00f3n del Fiscal Anticorrupci\u00f3n sea transparente y legal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- La elecci\u00f3n del Fiscal Anticorrupci\u00f3n del Estado de Baja California Sur se debe de dar<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-103016","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
