{"id":103359,"date":"2022-03-25T19:00:56","date_gmt":"2022-03-26T02:00:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=103359"},"modified":"2022-03-25T19:00:56","modified_gmt":"2022-03-26T02:00:56","slug":"trabaja-estado-en-la-consolidacion-del-sistema-de-justicia-penal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=103359","title":{"rendered":"Trabaja Estado en la consolidaci\u00f3n del Sistema de Justicia Penal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-103360 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/BOLETIN-SGG-REUNION-SJP-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"383\" height=\"255\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Con la finalidad de fortalecer la consolidaci\u00f3n del Sistema de Justicia Penal en Baja California Sur, el Secretario Ejecutivo del ramo en la entidad, sostuvo reuni\u00f3n de coordinaci\u00f3n con titulares de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de los Derechos Humanos (CEDH), y de la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva del Sistema Estatal Anticorrupci\u00f3n de Baja California Sur (SESEA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este encuentro tuvo como objetivo, adem\u00e1s, dar a conocer las actividades que se estar\u00e1n realizando en este rengl\u00f3n, dentro del Eje de Pol\u00edtica de Paz y Seguridad del Plan Estatal de Desarrollo 2021-2027, recientemente publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Gobierno del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La participaci\u00f3n de la CEDH y la SESEA, son fundamentales para garantizar el respeto y ejercicio de los derechos de quienes participan en el proceso penal, as\u00ed como prevenir y aminorar la corrupci\u00f3n y la impunidad, reforzando la procuraci\u00f3n e impartici\u00f3n de justicia en el estado.
