{"id":103908,"date":"2022-04-05T16:23:25","date_gmt":"2022-04-05T22:23:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=103908"},"modified":"2022-04-05T16:23:25","modified_gmt":"2022-04-05T22:23:25","slug":"designan-a-magdalena-gallegos-como-directora-del-centro-de-conciliacion-laboral-de-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=103908","title":{"rendered":"Designan a Magdalena Gallegos como Directora del Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral de BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-103909 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/MAGDALENA-GALLEGOS-ORTIZ-05ABR22-1-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"382\" height=\"253\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/MAGDALENA-GALLEGOS-ORTIZ-05ABR22-1-743x492.jpg 743w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/MAGDALENA-GALLEGOS-ORTIZ-05ABR22-1-1024x678.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/MAGDALENA-GALLEGOS-ORTIZ-05ABR22-1-150x99.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/MAGDALENA-GALLEGOS-ORTIZ-05ABR22-1-768x509.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/MAGDALENA-GALLEGOS-ORTIZ-05ABR22-1-1536x1017.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/MAGDALENA-GALLEGOS-ORTIZ-05ABR22-1-2048x1356.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 382px) 100vw, 382px\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- En sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria del Congreso de Baja California Sur este martes 05 de abril, Magdalena Gallegos Ortiz tom\u00f3 protesta como Directora del Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral del Estado, tras comparecer ante integrantes de la XVI Legislatura y ser seleccionada bajo el m\u00e9todo de votaci\u00f3n por cedula secreta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En acato al art\u00edculo tercero transitorio del decreto 2817 que crea la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral de Baja California Sur, el Pleno dio curso a la terma enviada por el Gobernador del Estado, integrada por Magdalena Gallegos Ortiz, Carlos Moran Escobar y Marcos Ignacio Peralta Piriz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las comisiones unidas de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia y de Asuntos Laborales y de Previsi\u00f3n Social presentaron en sesi\u00f3n ordinaria previa, el dictamen con la terna, avalando la viabilidad de los tres perfiles de la aspirante y los aspirantes; Posteriormente en sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria se llev\u00f3 a cabo el ciclo de comparecencias, en donde uno a uno hicieron uno de la tribuna, en orden alfab\u00e9tico hasta por un tiempo m\u00e1ximo de diez minutos, bajo la mec\u00e1nica de preguntas y respuestas y replica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con 17 votos de mayor\u00eda result\u00f3 electa Gallegos Ortiz, tras exponer sus propuestas y plan de trabajo para el Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral, figura que se desprende de la armonizaci\u00f3n de la reforma laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre sus propuestas anot\u00f3 el fortalecimiento institucional y buenas pr\u00e1cticas administrativas, capacitaci\u00f3n con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y en\u00a0 materia de derechos humanos, pol\u00edtica de austeridad; buscar un convenio con el Tribunal Superior de Justicia para el apoyo de int\u00e9rpretes de lenguas ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEsta es una propuesta que busca aportar elementos para el fortalecimiento de la instituci\u00f3n que con el voto de esta honorable soberan\u00eda aspiro a dirigir\u201d, dirigi\u00f3 a las legisladoras y legisladores locales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar que el inciso D del art\u00edculo tercero transitorio del decreto de la Ley que crea el Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral estipula que \u201cDentro de los diez d\u00edas siguientes a la designaci\u00f3n que se realice de la persona Titular del Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral del Estado de Baja California Sur, se deber\u00e1 llevar a cabo por \u00fanica ocasi\u00f3n la instalaci\u00f3n preparatoria de la Junta de Gobierno del Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n a fin de llevar a cabo de inmediato las acciones necesarias para la creaci\u00f3n de la estructura org\u00e1nica y funcional del organismo que se crea, en plena observancia a las disposiciones aplicables.
