especialista"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Paz, Baja California Sur.-\u00a0En la instalaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 Municipal de Prevenci\u00f3n de Accidentes en La Paz, el representante de la Organizaci\u00f3n Panamericana de la Salud y Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud OPS y OMS respectivamente en nuestro pa\u00eds, doctor Miguel Malo Serrano destac\u00f3 como principales problem\u00e1ticas en materia de vialidad la velocidad y el conducir en estado de ebriedad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante los integrantes, encabezados por la alcaldesa Milena Quiroga, expuso que La Paz esta a tiempo de atender la movilidad en todos los sentidos y darle seguridad a quienes se desplazan en la ciudad;
