responsable y fraterna con el Poder Judicial, para transitar en un ambiente que le d\u00e9 certidumbre a la gente de que hay paz y condiciones pol\u00edticas para poder seguir construyendo una entidad en donde prive la democracia y la justicia con dignidad, al asistir al informe de actividades 2021 el Presidente del Honorable Tribunal Superior de Justicia y del Consejo de la Judicatura del Estado de Baja California Sur, Daniel Gallo Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante los Plenos del Honorable Tribunal Superior de Justicia y del Consejo de la Judicatura del Estado, acompa\u00f1ado por la Presidenta de la Mesa Directiva de la D\u00e9cima Sexta Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, Diputada Gabriela Montoya Terrazas, el Presidente Gallo Rodr\u00edguez detall\u00f3 los<strong> principales logros y avances que permitieron el acceso efectivo a la justicia y el mejoramiento de las condiciones para otorgarla.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Ejecutivo Estatal expres\u00f3 su compromiso de contribuir, junto con los poderes Judicial y Legislativo, a construir puentes s\u00f3lidos que le den certeza a la ciudadan\u00eda de que la justicia se aplica sin distingos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Al destacar que la sociedad sudcaliforniana, mexicana y del mundo, ha pasado m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os enfrent\u00e1ndose a una crisis de salud, no disminuy\u00f3 la actitud de servicio, lo que permiti\u00f3 continuar con la labor jurisdiccional, el Presidente Gallo Rodr\u00edguez dijo que \u201custedes son lo m\u00e1s importante en este rengl\u00f3n, si no hay justicia no habr\u00e1 transformaci\u00f3n; impartir correctamente la justicia deber\u00e1 ser siempre orgullo de que los juzgadores lo hacen de una manera \u00e9tica, comprometidos solamente con la verdad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, el Magistrado Presidente refrend\u00f3 el compromiso con la sociedad sudcaliforniana para seguir promoviendo la innovaci\u00f3n, modernizaci\u00f3n y mejora constante en la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, agreg\u00f3 que el uso de los sistemas de gesti\u00f3n judicial y la digitalizaci\u00f3n del sistema de justicia, permiten llevar a cabo revisiones e inspecciones virtuales para obtener los \u00edndices de productividad de cada operador del sistema y de cada juzgado y sala.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cReconocemos al Gobernador del Estado V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo, las gestiones realizadas ante la Federaci\u00f3n y ante el Congreso del Estado para poder implementar la reforma laboral que tiene como prop\u00f3sito brindar justica pronta y expedita a quienes con su trabajo le aportan al desarrollo de Baja California Sur\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En ese contexto reconoci\u00f3 a la D\u00e9cimo Sexta Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, por su aporte en la articulaci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n de la modernizaci\u00f3n del marco constitucional y legal que fundamenta la actividad sustantiva del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz,
