diferencia del Nuevo Sistema de Justicia Laboral radica en la oralidad y presencia de los jueces laborales, quienes estar\u00e1n obligados a estar presencialmente durante todos los procesos, explic\u00f3 la Coordinadora de la Implementaci\u00f3n de la Reforma al Nuevo Sistema de Justicia Laboral en el Poder Judicial del Estado, Ligia Patricia Mu\u00f1oz Pe\u00f1a al impartir la conferencia \u201cIntroducci\u00f3n al Nuevo Sistema de Justicia Laboral\u00bb, convocado por la diputada Mar\u00eda Luisa Trejo Pi\u00f1uelas, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Asuntos Laborales y Previsi\u00f3n Social de la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado,<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0La representante del Poder Judicial, el cual tendr\u00e1 a su cargo los tribunales laborales que, en Baja California Sur ser\u00e1n seis, explic\u00f3 las competencias de los tribunales por territorio: local y federal; la implementaci\u00f3n y estructura org\u00e1nica que realiz\u00f3 el Poder Judicial, la implementaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas para tableros, expedientes y notificaciones electr\u00f3nicas, la selecci\u00f3n de personal, entre otros aspectos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En caso de que en los Centros de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral no se d\u00e9 un acuerdo, este deber\u00e1 de expedir una constancia al trabajador, el cual deber\u00e1 presentar en los tribunales laborales; los trabajadores contar\u00e1n una defensor\u00eda de oficio en caso de no tener un abogado; tambi\u00e9n en este \u00f3rgano se realizar\u00e1n audiencias conciliatorias, todo el proceso ser\u00e1 oral y ah\u00ed mismo se dictar\u00e1 una sentencia, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte la diputada subray\u00f3 la importancia de que la clase trabajadora est\u00e9 informada tanto de las deducciones de las que son sujetos en sus pagos nominales, como de socializar los aspectos del Nuevo Sistema de Justicia Laboral, ya que abonar\u00e1 a una mejor defensa, toda vez que ser\u00e1 ah\u00ed, en donde en dado caso tendr\u00e1n que defender sus derechos laborales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En este nuevo foro el contador Juan Carlos Gurrola Montes imparti\u00f3 el tema de deducciones, explic\u00f3 los componentes de los talones de n\u00f3mina, a fin de que los trabajadores identifiquen las percepciones y las deducciones, entre los que enumer\u00f3 impuestos que pueden variar, cit\u00f3, por ejemplo, que el Impuesto sobre la renta puede representar hasta el 35% del salario, descuentos, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En tanto que la contadora Paula Alejandra Palafox hizo un recuento del reparto de utilidades en las empresas privadas (PTU), record\u00f3 que una vez calculadas las utilidades de una empresa, \u00e9stas se deber\u00e1n repartir en dos partes iguales, una
