{"id":106304,"date":"2022-05-20T08:17:45","date_gmt":"2022-05-20T14:17:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=106304"},"modified":"2022-05-20T08:17:45","modified_gmt":"2022-05-20T14:17:45","slug":"haya-desafuero-o-no-enfrentare-el-proceso-como-ciudadano-diputado-perez-cayetano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=106304","title":{"rendered":"Haya desafuero o no, enfrentare el proceso como ciudadano: Diputado P\u00e9rez Cayetano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-106305 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_0158-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"380\" height=\"253\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_0158-738x492.jpg 738w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_0158-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_0158-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_0158.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 380px) 100vw, 380px\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.-El diputado Juan P\u00e9rez Cayetano, acusado de abuso sexual, se declar\u00f3 listo para enfrentar lo que venga en este proceso de desafuero que se le sigue actualmente en el Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Precis\u00f3 que haya o no desafuero, enfrentar\u00e1 el proceso porque es su responsabilidad como ciudadano, y que \u201cconfiamos mucho en la justicia, y principalmente en la justicia de Dios\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Manifest\u00f3 que \u00e9l presentar\u00e1 sus pruebas, as\u00ed como lo har\u00e1 la parte acusadora, y que corresponder\u00e1 a las instancias superiores, determinar si existe o no responsabilidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El legislador del Movimiento de Renovaci\u00f3n Nacional (Morena), no descart\u00f3 motivos pol\u00edticos en la acusaci\u00f3n en su contra, sin embargo, agreg\u00f3 que \u201cyo me enfoco m\u00e1s en lo legal; ya lo dem\u00e1s se lo dejamos a Diosito, que me bendiga mucho siempre\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Expuso que por ahora solamente se encuentra a la espera de ser notificado por parte de las autoridades judiciales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Expres\u00f3 que la reciente intervenci\u00f3n quir\u00fargica de la columna a la que fue sometido, no ser\u00e1 motivo para eludir el proceso judicial que se le sigue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El legislador morenista mencion\u00f3 que por ahora habr\u00e1 que esperar que transcurra el procedimiento de an\u00e1lisis de la solicitud de desafuero, solicitada por la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar que esta semana fue integrada la Comisi\u00f3n Instructora del Congreso del Estado, que habr\u00e1 de elaborar el dictamen respectivo, mismo que en su momento ser\u00e1 puesto a consideraci\u00f3n del Pleno de los 21 Diputados.
