XVII Ayuntamiento de La Paz present\u00f3 durante el mes de mayo su Declaraci\u00f3n de Modificaci\u00f3n Patrimonial y de Conflicto de Inter\u00e9s,\u00a0 cumpliendo con la Ley de Responsabilidades Administrativas del Estado y Municipios para todos los servidores p\u00fablicos ante la Contralor\u00eda Municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Lo anterior fue informado por Ernesto Alonso Rodr\u00edguez Hurtado, Contralor Municipal quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 \u201cnos congratulamos en informar que se ha cumplido con la meta respecto a Declaraci\u00f3n Patrimonial, ya que este 31 de mayo fecha l\u00edmite, la han presentado un total de 3195 servidores p\u00fablicos municipales del Ayuntamiento de La Paz, teniendo un 92% de efectividad y cumplimiento\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Destac\u00f3 que el programa llevado a cabo por la Contralor\u00eda Municipal fue todo un \u00e9xito, ya que con bastante tiempo de antelaci\u00f3n se inform\u00f3 a las y los trabajadores sobre el cumplimiento de esta obligaci\u00f3n, brind\u00e1ndoles la orientaci\u00f3n necesaria para que pudieran realizar este procedimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que lo anterior se cumple de acuerdo a lo establecido por la Presidenta Municipal, Milena Quiroga Romero, quien exhort\u00f3 a todo el personal del Ayuntamiento de La Paz a que cumpla con esta disposici\u00f3n, la cual este a\u00f1o se llev\u00f3 a cabo con orden y con disciplina, teniendo una excelente respuesta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Refiri\u00f3 que la finalidad de presentar la Declaraci\u00f3n Patrimonial, es que todo servidor p\u00fablico cumpla\u00a0 con la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas que se establece en la propia Ley, siendo un ejercicio de transparencia y una obligaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, el Contralor Municipal expres\u00f3 que con ello se refrenda el compromiso de la administraci\u00f3n en el cumplimiento de la transparencia y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, establecida en la propia Ley que marca este procedimiento para conocimiento de las y los ciudadanos de La Paz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Un 92% de los trabajadores del H.
