XVII Ayuntamiento de La Paz recibi\u00f3 en comodato por 20 a\u00f1os el cerro atravesado por parte de Corina Matteoti hija de la due\u00f1a del espacio Lila Matteoti, efectuando la firma del convenio en la oficina de la Presidenta Municipal, Milena Quiroga Romero, quien agradeci\u00f3 la buena disposici\u00f3n mostrada por parte de la propietaria, por lo que este espacio ser\u00e1 rescatado y acondicionado para uso p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Alcaldesa expres\u00f3 \u201ccaminantes del cerro atravesado y en una reuni\u00f3n con varias personas me hicieron entrega de un oficio solicitando su rescate y que se declare p\u00fablico este espacio, por el uso que le ha dado la poblaci\u00f3n, ya que es un \u00e1rea que la misma sociedad lo ha estado haciendo suyo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Quiroga Romero se reuni\u00f3 con personas que habitualmente hacen uso del cerro atravesado, a quienes les dio a conocer que luego de varios meses de dialogo y reuniones con las propietarias del espacio se concreto que firmar\u00e1n el comodato por 20 a\u00f1os, por parte de Corina Matteoti hija en representaci\u00f3n de la due\u00f1a su mam\u00e1 Lilia Matteoti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Destac\u00f3 la labor realizada por parte de la directora de Turismo Municipal, Natalia Ruffo y la Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Integral de la Ciudad a cargo de Patricia Ahumada, ya que el\u00a0 cerro atravesado es una zona de reserva ecol\u00f3gica dentro del Plan Municipal de Desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo, la Presidenta Municipal destac\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n contempla un proyecto rustico en la que se acondicionar\u00e1 el acceso, delimitaci\u00f3n y se\u00f1alamientos, adem\u00e1s se construir\u00e1 un mirador.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El H.
