2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 378px) 100vw, 378px\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- La diputada por el Partido de la Revoluci\u00f3n Democr\u00e1tica (PRD) en la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, Mar\u00eda Luis Ojeda Gonz\u00e1lez, \u00a0propuso que en Baja California Sur, los delitos sexuales, contra la libertad y la seguridad sexual y el normal desarrollo psicosexual, cometidos en contra de menores de edad y personas que no tengan la capacidad de resistir la conducta, no prescriban.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En tribuna la legisladora hizo referencia a los elevados \u00edndices que ubican a Baja California Sur en el segundo lugar a nivel nacional en n\u00famero de personas afectadas por esta problem\u00e1tica, (12 v\u00edctimas por cada 100 mil habitantes), as\u00ed como que se ubica en el tercer lugar a nivel nacional como la entidad de mayor incidencia delictiva en la categor\u00eda de delitos sexuales, tales como acoso sexual, corrupci\u00f3n de menores, hostigamiento sexual, incesto, y otros delitos que atentan contra la libertad y la seguridad sexual: rapto, violaci\u00f3n equiparada y violaci\u00f3n simple.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En raz\u00f3n de ello, afirm\u00f3 que la legislaci\u00f3n penal de Baja California Sur debe de adecuarse conforme a las necesidades y al entorno actual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De ah\u00ed que propuso reformar el C\u00f3digo Penal para el Estado en su art\u00edculo 112, con el objetivo de que los delitos del orden sexual cometidos en contra de menores de dieciocho a\u00f1os de edad o personas que no tengan capacidad de comprender el significado del hecho o no tengan capacidad para resistirlo, no tengan prescriptibilidad, y puedan ser castigados en cualquier momento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ojeda Gonz\u00e1lez a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que s\u00f3lo 3 de cada 100 ataques sexuales en M\u00e9xico se castigan, as\u00ed como que a nivel local, el Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad P\u00fablica, indica que en las llamadas al 911, por cada 100 mil habitantes, se recibe un reporte de violaci\u00f3n en el Estado, pero dichos casos no son denunciadas ante una autoridad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- La
