Baja California Sur.- El Poder Judicial del Estado, ha\u00a0 emprendido diversas acciones para hacer realidad en Baja California Sur, la trascendente Reforma en materia Laboral, reto que se ha enfrentado con toda responsabilidad y seriedad, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el \u00a0Magistrado Presidente del Honorable Tribunal Superior de Justicia y del Consejo de la Judicatura del Estado, Daniel Gallo Rodr\u00edguez, durante la reuni\u00f3n de trabajo con motivo de la implementaci\u00f3n de la Reforma Laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Lo anterior en el marco de la visita de trabajo de la titular de la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social del Gobierno Federal, Luisa Mar\u00eda Alcalde Luj\u00e1n, junto al Gobernador del Estado V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Magistrado Presidente se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Poder Judicial no se ha detenido para seguir avanzando con pasos firmes en el objetivo de estar debidamente preparados para que llegado el momento en el que todas las instituciones as\u00ed lo acuerden, se pueda entrar en operaci\u00f3n con la calidad que la sociedad exige ante las expectativas que esta reforma de gran calado ha generado entre trabajadores y patrones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Agreg\u00f3 que por acuerdo del Consejo Estatal de Coordinaci\u00f3n para la implementaci\u00f3n de la Reforma Laboral, en donde est\u00e1n representados los tres poderes, en Baja California Sur se tendr\u00e1 en operaci\u00f3n un Tribunal como m\u00ednimo en cada uno de los municipios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido se\u00f1al\u00f3 que nada de lo anterior hubiera sido posible sin el apoyo de la federaci\u00f3n y el estado, pero sobre todo el respaldo incondicional y la confianza que se ha recibido del Gobernador V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo, para llevar a su ejecuci\u00f3n todos estos trabajos y estar hoy en d\u00eda muy cerca de la meta fijada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Posterior a ello el Magistrado Presidente recibi\u00f3 a la Secretaria del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social, en lo que ser\u00e1 el Tribunal Laboral en esta ciudad capital, realizando un recorrido por las instalaciones, en donde comparti\u00f3 el trabajo realizado durante meses para lograr la puesta en marcha de los Juzgados en materia del trabajo y a su vez lograr la implementaci\u00f3n de la Reforma Laboral de manera eficiente y eficaz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Gallo Rodr\u00edguez, apunt\u00f3 que los Tribunales Laborales contar\u00e1n con un sistema inform\u00e1tico de gesti\u00f3n y con la adaptaci\u00f3n de m\u00f3dulos a fin de ofrecer\u00a0 servicios de buz\u00f3n electr\u00f3nico, notificaciones y exhortos electr\u00f3nicos, sistema de videoconferencia y dem\u00e1s aplicaciones para poder brindar el servicio que se exige en la propia ley y que permitir\u00e1n agilizar la resoluci\u00f3n de los asuntos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En su oportunidad, Alcalde Luj\u00e1n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que con la implementaci\u00f3n de la\u00a0 Reforma Laboral, Baja California Sur, tendr\u00e1 Tribunales Laborales que permitir\u00e1n la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos en materia del trabajo de manera pronta y expedita mediante juicios orales, abiertos y transparentes en donde se escuchar\u00e1 a los trabajadores y patrones a trav\u00e9s de procedimientos \u00e1giles, con jueces y operadores independientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Secretaria del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social del Gobierno Federal, reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo y el esfuerzo del Poder Judicial del Estado, pue dijo se encuentran listos para hacer realidad este nuevo modelo de justicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente el tambi\u00e9n Presidente del Consejo de la Judicatura, destac\u00f3 que los Tribunales Laborales estar\u00e1n iniciado con carga cero es decir sin asuntos, y las Juntas de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje continuar\u00e1n con sus procedimientos ya iniciados hasta concluirlos de manera definitiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el recorrido estuvieron presentes el Director General del Centro Federal de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Registro Laboral Alfredo Dom\u00ednguez Marrufo, \u00a0el Secretario del Trabajo y Desarrollo Social\u00a0 en el Estado Isidro Ibarra Morales, la Consejera de la Judicatura Yesica Patricia Sepulveda Hirales, la Directora General del Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral del Estado Magdalena Gallegos Ortiz, as\u00ed como la Coordinadora de la Implementaci\u00f3n de la Reforma al Nuevo Sistema de Justicia Laboral en el Poder Judicial del
