2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 387px) 100vw, 387px\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- La diputada Paz Ochoa Amador (PRI), solicit\u00f3 se integre lo que es el Comit\u00e9 de Bio\u00e9tica, el cual es el que toma decisiones sobre la pr\u00e1ctica m\u00e9dica y la bio\u00e9tica, el respeto a la dignidad y derechos humanos, que la Ley actual no contempla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Bio\u00e9tica de Baja California Sur ser\u00e1 un \u00f3rgano desconcentrado de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud, colegiado de car\u00e1cter interdisciplinario e interinstitucional con autonom\u00eda t\u00e9cnica y operacional especializado en los temas relacionados con la bio\u00e9tica en la salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Existen cinco estados de la rep\u00fablica que no cuentan con ello y Baja California Sur es uno de ellos, pese a que desde el 2011 se han venido instalando y aun no se ha dado cumplimiento en ese sentido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El prop\u00f3sito de esta Comisi\u00f3n es promover la difusi\u00f3n, observaci\u00f3n y pr\u00e1ctica de los principios bio\u00e9ticos que aseguren el respeto a los derechos y la dignidad humana mediante el desarrollo de normas \u00e9ticas, coadyuvar y asesorar a las instituciones estatales para la atenci\u00f3n, investigaci\u00f3n, legislaci\u00f3n, elaboraci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y docencia en salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, el desempe\u00f1o de la Comisi\u00f3n procurar\u00e1 el respeto de los principios de autonom\u00eda, beneficencia, no maleficencia y justicia mediante la reflexi\u00f3n y deliberaci\u00f3n multidisciplinaria \u00e9tica, laica y democr\u00e1tica en los temas vinculados con la medicina, ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda en relaci\u00f3n con la salud del paciente y la poblaci\u00f3n en general.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa (que fue asignada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Salud que preside la diputada Guadalupe Moreno Higuera), y que present\u00f3 la legisladora del PRI este martes, implica adicionar a la Ley de Salud y reformar la denominaci\u00f3n del t\u00edtulo quinto, del cap\u00edtulo primero, se adiciona un cap\u00edtulo segundo con los art\u00edculos 105 bis, 105 ter, 105 quater y 105 quinquies de la ley de salud para el Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Fue turnada a la comisi\u00f3n Permanente de la Salud, la familia y la Asistencia P\u00fablica para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California
