{"id":108708,"date":"2022-06-28T22:58:13","date_gmt":"2022-06-29T04:58:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=108708"},"modified":"2022-06-28T22:58:13","modified_gmt":"2022-06-29T04:58:13","slug":"aprueba-congreso-facultades-a-la-secretaria-de-pesca-para-combatir-pesca-ilegal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=108708","title":{"rendered":"Aprueba Congreso facultades a la Secretaria de Pesca para combatir pesca ilegal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-108709 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IMG_5197-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"383\" height=\"255\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IMG_5197-738x492.jpg 738w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IMG_5197-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IMG_5197-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IMG_5197.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 383px) 100vw, 383px\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Pleno del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur aprob\u00f3 reformas a la Ley de Pesca y Acuacultura estatal, a fin de \u00a0garantizar la protecci\u00f3n de las especies destinadas en forma exclusiva a la pesca deportivo-recreativa, as\u00ed como para inhibir y combatir los actos de comercializaci\u00f3n ilegales de las capturas de estas especies que se encuentren prohibidos por la Ley General.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el dictamen, la comisi\u00f3n de pesca consider\u00f3 que el Poder Legislativo no puede ser ciegos ante el panorama, donde cualquier persona puede acudir a cualquier centro comercial, pescader\u00eda, restaurante, incluso taquer\u00eda y adquirir sin ning\u00fan problema marl\u00edn, pez vela o espada, dorado y otras especies que se supone est\u00e1n protegidas para su extracci\u00f3n exclusivamente de manera deportiva o recreativa y cuya comercializaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 prohibida por la propia Ley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n el dictamen coincidi\u00f3 con la iniciativa en el sentido de que manera colegiada las instituciones coadyuven en la planeaci\u00f3n de estrategias e implementaci\u00f3n de todas las medidas, que permitan combatir m\u00e1s eficazmente la pesca ilegal de esas especies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La reforma consiste en la adici\u00f3n al art\u00edculo 75, referente a facultades de la Secretar\u00eda de Pesca, al que se agrega la de combatir los actos de comercializaci\u00f3n de las capturas de estas especies que se encuentren prohibidos por la Ley General y las disposiciones que de ella emanen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En tanto que en el art\u00edculo 101 referente a los convenios que suscriba con la Federaci\u00f3n el Ejecutivo del Estado, agrega a sus funciones de proponer y fomentar acciones para prevenir y disuadir, el combatir la realizaci\u00f3n de actividades pesqueras y acu\u00edcolas il\u00edcitas en la entidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Pleno del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur aprob\u00f3 reformas a la Ley<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":108709,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-108708","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
