Estado, los implicados en el conflicto tendr\u00e1n herramientas para llegar a un acuerdo, podr\u00e1n desahogar y expresar sus argumentos; \u00a0lo que se busca, es un ganar \u2013 ganar, a diferencia del sistema actual de los juicios laborales en los que una parte gana o que un juez decide, manifest\u00f3, Magdalena Gallegos Ortiz, Directora del Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral (CCL) de Baja California Sur, al impartir el \u201cForo de Conciliaci\u00f3n Prejudicial\u201d ofrecido por la diputada Mar\u00eda Luisa Trejo Pi\u00f1uelas, Presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Asuntos Laborales y de Previsi\u00f3n Social de la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante trabajadores de diversas empresas de los sectores tur\u00edsticos y de servicios, la funcionaria revel\u00f3 que se facilitar\u00e1 el dialogo, ofreciendo alternativas, en un proceso conciliatorio, qu\u00e9 de acuerdo a la ley, no podr\u00e1 exceder los 45 d\u00edas, ya que una de las esencias de la Reforma Laboral, es agilizar la resoluci\u00f3n de los juicios y que los centros no se saturen de carga de trabajo y rezago.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que el servicio de la instancia previa al juzgado ser\u00e1 gratuito; que podr\u00e1 celebrar convenios cuando las partes lleguen a un convenio conciliatorio, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n expedir\u00e1 constancias de no conciliaci\u00f3n, y esos asuntos podr\u00e1n pasar a los tribunales laborales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Gallegos Ortiz inform\u00f3 que el Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral iniciar\u00e1 funciones el 03 de octubre pr\u00f3ximo, (debido a una prorroga nacional) con tres sedes en La Paz, el centro estatal, y municipales, en San Jos\u00e9 del Cabo y en Santa Rosal\u00eda, con oficinas de representaci\u00f3n para cubrir todo el estado, y tambi\u00e9n trabajar\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s de la conciliaci\u00f3n v\u00ed remota.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En La Paz se ubicar\u00e1n en la calle 16 de septiembre y Marcelo Rubio a un costado del Centro y Registro laboral Federal; en San Jos\u00e9 cerca del aeropuerto y en Muleg\u00e9 en donde se ubican los tribunales laborales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La directora dio a conocer que el CCL est\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximo a sacar una convocatoria para abogados laborales para el proceso de elecci\u00f3n de conciliadores, quienes habr\u00e1n de atender los asuntos que ah\u00ed lleguen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En este foro Rodolfo Pimentel explic\u00f3 el proceso de conciliaci\u00f3n y Natalia Margarita Guadarrama Galicia, encargada del despacho del Centro Federal de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Registro Laboral, habl\u00f3 de las competencias de dicho centro, como el de llevar la conciliaci\u00f3n local y asesor\u00edas, y que es en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico donde se llevan a cabo los tramites
