Porque si la justicia se aplica correctamente, habr\u00e1 menos impunidad, respetando los derechos humanos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Acompa\u00f1ado del Procurador de Justicia del Estado, Daniel de la Rosa Anaya, miembros de su gabinete y autoridades civiles y militares de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, firm\u00f3 convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con la Universidad de Granada, encabezada por Jos\u00e9 Antonio Lorente Acosta, director cient\u00edfico de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El objetivo del programa es consolidar el fortalecimiento de los sistemas periciales, enfocado en la identificaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os o adolescentes que se encuentran en alguna situaci\u00f3n de agravio, como el tr\u00e1fico de menores, sustracci\u00f3n de menores y\u00a0desaparici\u00f3n de los mismos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Estas acciones permitir\u00e1n hacer mejores investigaciones, erradicando la violencia para obtener testimonios, a fin de que los familiares tengan la certeza de que se trabaja a trav\u00e9s de una investigaci\u00f3n de calidad acad\u00e9mica, t\u00e9cnica y sobre todo moral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La colaboraci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n viene a fortalecer\u00a0el combate a la impunidad y la resoluci\u00f3n de casos, a trav\u00e9s de capacitaciones y un software comparativo, as\u00ed como en la profesionalizaci\u00f3n y habilidades\u00a0tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Procurador de Justicia agradeci\u00f3 al representante de la UGR la disposici\u00f3n para la colaboraci\u00f3n y firma de convenio y destac\u00f3 que, sin duda, Pro-kids es una valiosa herramienta ante los cr\u00edmenes con mayor crecimiento en el mundo entero, como lo son el tr\u00e1fico y la trata de seres humanos, agudizados por conflictos sociales, corrupci\u00f3n, impunidad y pobreza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Universidad de Granada mantiene un programa internacional orientado a la lucha contra el tr\u00e1fico de seres humanos mediante la identificaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica de las v\u00edctimas y sus familiares, especialmente de menores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El representante afirm\u00f3 que este trabajo lo desarrollan desde 2006, a trav\u00e9s del Laboratorio de Identificaci\u00f3n Gen\u00e9tica bajo el nombre \u00abDNA\u2013Prokids\u00bb y, mediante el uso de la tecnolog\u00eda, el an\u00e1lisis del ADN, para ayudar a identificar a los menores separados de sus familias y, de este modo, evitar que sean v\u00edctimas f\u00e1ciles del tr\u00e1fico de menores, mendicidad, explotaci\u00f3n sexual y laboral o adopciones ilegales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Para alcanzar esos objetivos, DNA-Prokids, subray\u00f3 Lorente Acosta, promueve una colaboraci\u00f3n internacional sistem\u00e1tica y autom\u00e1tica a trav\u00e9s de la integraci\u00f3n en una misma base de datos mundial de datos gen\u00e9ticos de menores no acompa\u00f1ados en situaci\u00f3n de riesgo para lograr reintegrar a ni\u00f1os\/as solos v\u00edctimas de trata de menores, desapariciones forzosas o fortuitas,\u00a0 gracias a la comparaci\u00f3n de su ADN con el de familias que hayan denunciado su desaparici\u00f3n o ser entregados a las autoridades comprometidas con su protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align:
