{"id":109664,"date":"2022-07-13T23:17:14","date_gmt":"2022-07-14T05:17:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=109664"},"modified":"2022-07-13T23:17:14","modified_gmt":"2022-07-14T05:17:14","slug":"facilitaran-acceso-a-vivienda-gobierno-de-bcs-e-infonavit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=109664","title":{"rendered":"Facilitar\u00e1n acceso a vivienda Gobierno de BCS e Infonavit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-109665 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/FOTO-BOLETIN-390_GOBIERNO-E-INFONAVIT-FIRMAN-CONVENIO-2-738x492.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"353\" height=\"235\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El gobernador V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo y el director general del Instituto Nacional del Fondo de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit), Carlos Mart\u00ednez Vel\u00e1zquez, firmaron convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n a fin de simplificar tr\u00e1mites relacionados a la autoproducci\u00f3n de vivienda e inscripci\u00f3n de escrituras y as\u00ed garantizar el acceso de las familias sudcalifornianas a un patrimonio, otorgando certeza jur\u00eddica respecto a su propiedad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cPara el gobierno de Baja California Sur es de vital importancia tener estos encuentros con una instituci\u00f3n que nace con nobleza porque ayuda a la gente; por ello nos sumamos a la intenci\u00f3n de cumplir la misi\u00f3n m\u00e1s sagrada que es atender a los que m\u00e1s lo necesitan\u201d, coment\u00f3 Castro Cos\u00edo durante la firma del convenio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Mandatario estatal expres\u00f3 su benepl\u00e1cito por este acuerdo que trae beneficios a las familias sudcalifornianas, anunciando su voluntad de formar un frente com\u00fan con el Infonavit para atender la problem\u00e1tica de la vivienda, estableciendo que dicho convenio permitir\u00e1 en Baja California Sur que m\u00e1s de 17 mil trabajadoras y trabajadores puedan acceder a estas acciones de cambio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Este convenio establece que se apoyar\u00e1 la adquisici\u00f3n, construcci\u00f3n, mejora y ampliaci\u00f3n de vivienda mediante la agilizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites administrativos requeridos al momento de solicitar un cr\u00e9dito, as\u00ed como promover la actualizaci\u00f3n de planes urbanos, garantizando la seguridad patrimonial de las familias, al llevar a cabo acciones para acabar con el rezago de escrituraci\u00f3n, impulsar ferias de cr\u00e9ditos para terrenos y viviendas y la conversi\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos de salarios m\u00ednimos a pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se impulsar\u00e1n adem\u00e1s programas de atenci\u00f3n a unidades habitacionales y el rescate de viviendas abandonadas, entre otras acciones que se llevar\u00e1n a cabo en colaboraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El titular del Infonavit record\u00f3 que se trabaja en una profunda transformaci\u00f3n que pone al frente a los trabajadores, d\u00e1ndoles acceso a una mejor calidad de vida y derecho a la vivienda adecuada, dejando atr\u00e1s pr\u00e1cticas donde se daba prioridad a intereses econ\u00f3micos y empresas constructoras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cHemos trabajado para hacer realidad algo que nos pidi\u00f3 el presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, acabar con las deudas impagables del Infonavit y aliviar la carga financiera de las personas.
