Municipal, Jonatan Vargas Ag\u00fandez, acudi\u00f3 a la Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria de la Comisi\u00f3n Consultiva Regional de Baja California Sur, convocada por el Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (INFONAVIT), dependencia que sign\u00f3 un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con el Gobierno de B.C.S.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El evento tuvo lugar en La Paz, Baja California Sur, y estuvo encabezado por el gobernador del estado, V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo y el director general del INFONAVIT Carlos Mart\u00ednez; durante la mesa de di\u00e1logo, se establecieron acuerdos para fortalecer acciones en favor de beneficiarios de viviendas, entre de los que destacan: dar facilidades en gesti\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites y acercar alternativas a personas deudoras sin empleo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En su participaci\u00f3n, el Tesorero cabe\u00f1o Jonatan Vargas, comparti\u00f3 a los presentes el inter\u00e9s del Gobierno de Los Cabos representado por el presidente Oscar Leggs por buscar alternativas que resuelvan la falta de vivienda y las necesidades que hay actualmente por el crecimiento poblacional tan acelerado que tiene el destino tur\u00edstico; y con ello, buscas nuevas formas de edificaci\u00f3n de viviendas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cPara resolver esta problem\u00e1tica, debe existir una reforma tanto en la ley municipal como estatal, donde se pueda hacer un gran consenso con desarrolladores, due\u00f1os de las tierras y propios representantes de los diversos niveles de Gobierno, impulsados fundamentalmente por los legisladores\u201d, resalt\u00f3 Vargas Ag\u00fandez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">A\u00f1adi\u00f3, que dentro de las acciones que se implementen, deben considerarse formas para reducir el rezago social, y un menor costo en infraestructura para no impactar en la econom\u00eda y en el tiempo de traslados de la poblaci\u00f3n trabajadora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, Jonatan Vargas agradeci\u00f3 la apertura del gobernador del Estado, V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo para buscar una mejora en la calidad de vida de la
