{"id":109981,"date":"2022-07-18T21:19:28","date_gmt":"2022-07-19T03:19:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=109981"},"modified":"2022-07-18T21:19:28","modified_gmt":"2022-07-19T03:19:28","slug":"podran-beneficiarios-de-infonavit-en-bcs-obtener-terrenos-para-construccion-de-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=109981","title":{"rendered":"Podr\u00e1n beneficiarios de INFONAVIT en BCS, obtener terrenos para construcci\u00f3n de vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-109982 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/101854776-755x442.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"366\" height=\"214\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Como parte de la nueva estrategia de apoyo a derechohabientes y trabajadores ya beneficiados con cr\u00e9ditos para la obtenci\u00f3n y mejoramiento de vivienda, el Infonavit lanz\u00f3 el financiamiento para la obtenci\u00f3n de terrenos, con lo cual las familias podr\u00e1n construir su casa a su gusto desde cero, dio a conocer Carlos Mart\u00ednez Vel\u00e1zquez, titular de la dependencia en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego de sostener una reuni\u00f3n con el gobernador V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo y formar un acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n para dar a conocer nuevas estrategias que son de gran beneficio para quienes tienen acceso al Infonavit, el funcionario federal precis\u00f3 que el programa para la obtenci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos para terrenos es nuevo, no tiene l\u00edmite de espacio y otorga hasta 2 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Explic\u00f3 que se aplica una tasa de hasta el 6.7%, a pagar durante un m\u00e1ximo de 15 a\u00f1os, la familia puede elegir el plazo; si paga oportunamente durante 2 a\u00f1os seguidos, en el tercer a\u00f1o tendr\u00e1 acceso a un refinanciamiento para construir.
