{"id":110093,"date":"2022-07-20T20:20:08","date_gmt":"2022-07-21T02:20:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=110093"},"modified":"2022-07-20T20:20:08","modified_gmt":"2022-07-21T02:20:08","slug":"ordenamiento-territorial-fundamental-para-el-desarrollo-de-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=110093","title":{"rendered":"Ordenamiento territorial, fundamental para el desarrollo de BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-110094 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/FOTO-BOLETIN-404_CONSEJO-ORDENAMIENTO-TERRITORIAL-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"363\" height=\"242\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Al presidir la instalaci\u00f3n del Consejo Estatal de Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano, el gobernador V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo dijo que \u201cBaja California Sur requiere de un ordenamiento territorial que garantice a las nuevas generaciones un mejor lugar d\u00f3nde vivir\u201d, de ah\u00ed la importancia de ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de un protocolo para enfocarse en actividades sustantivas y que haya un desarrollo urbano m\u00e1s equilibrado, que las y los ciudadanos vivan con m\u00e1s tranquilidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Consejo contar\u00e1 con el trabajo de 39 representantes de dependencias estatales, federales, municipales, as\u00ed como de sectores privados y sociales, constituyendo un \u00f3rgano estrat\u00e9gico para la toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con el objetivo de alcanzar mejores metas y que los trabajos del Consejo puedan evaluarse, el ejecutivo estatal propuso la conformaci\u00f3n de tres mesas: agraria, de movilidad y de vivienda e instrumentos de car\u00e1cter jur\u00eddico-legal para los asentamientos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte Marco Antonio Guti\u00e9rrez de la Rosa, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de la Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana, Infraestructura, Movilidad, Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales, coment\u00f3 que para avanzar en el desarrollo de Baja California Sur es necesario trabajar de manera conjunta establecer las acciones para generar un desarrollo territorial acorde a los retos sociales, ambientales y econ\u00f3micos que se presentan en la actualidad, declar\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Entre los ejes rectores se encuentran: equidad territorial, diversificaci\u00f3n de actividades ordenadas, cambio de paradigma para moverse en el territorio, infraestructuras, sistemas con nuevas tecnolog\u00edas. Adem\u00e1s, la vivienda, el hogar adecuado para el sudcaliforniano, el agua esculpiendo el territorio sudcaliforniano; territorio, la puerta cultural, ecotur\u00edstica.
