los lineamientos establecidos por el gobernador V\u00edctor Castro Cos\u00edo de priorizar la atenci\u00f3n de solicitudes ciudadanas, el representante del gobierno estatal en Los Cabos, Carlos Castro Cese\u00f1a, acompa\u00f1ado de representantes de instancias de los tres \u00f3rdenes gubernamentales, realiz\u00f3 un recorrido de supervisi\u00f3n por la playa y arroyo Palmilla, en San Jos\u00e9 del Cabo, en donde han denunciado para su revisi\u00f3n una construcci\u00f3n, motivo por el cual se solicitar\u00e1 de manera formal a Semarnat y Conagua, la revisi\u00f3n y valoraci\u00f3n de los procesos de concesi\u00f3n, delimitaci\u00f3n de Zona Federal de Playa y Arroyo, as\u00ed como autorizaciones emitidas con anterioridad para identificar si existe o no una situaci\u00f3n irregular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Castro Cese\u00f1a, asegur\u00f3 que no se solapar\u00e1 omisi\u00f3n alguna o corrupci\u00f3n de la autoridad, en especial, si afecta a la comunidad; por lo cual dar\u00e1n puntual seguimiento y coordinaci\u00f3n para brindar certidumbre a un reclamo social, todo ello, conforme a la ley y a derecho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Destac\u00f3 que es atribuci\u00f3n y facultad constitucional del Gobernador el solicitar al gobierno federal la revisi\u00f3n y revaloraci\u00f3n de todos los procesos de concesi\u00f3n, delimitaci\u00f3n y autorizaciones de construcci\u00f3n, contenida y sustentada en el Consejo Estatal de Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano, mediante el cual se da seguimiento a estas tareas, y se ha fijado postura sobre la autorizaci\u00f3n de proyectos que tengan afectaci\u00f3n directa en la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ello se refiere a que en BCS se trabaja por un ordenamiento territorial que garantice a las nuevas generaciones un mejor lugar d\u00f3nde vivir, con un desarrollo urbano m\u00e1s equilibrado, que represente tranquilidad para las y los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De igual forma, explic\u00f3 que durante el recorrido se cont\u00f3 con la presencia de autoridades representantes de Semarnat, Conagua, Protecci\u00f3n Civil Estatal, y el \u00e1mbito municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y coordinaci\u00f3n de ZOFEMAT, con la finalidad de que cada una de las \u00e1reas involucradas en el tema, dieran a conocer la informaci\u00f3n y documentaci\u00f3n con la que se cuenta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Para finalizar, precis\u00f3 que de acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada existen delimitaciones oficiales del a\u00f1o 2009 y otra m\u00e1s del 2017 que a\u00fan no est\u00e1 oficialmente validada por el gobierno federal, por lo que se requieren las actualizaci\u00f3n y revisiones pertinentes, para evitar una afectaci\u00f3n
