{"id":110159,"date":"2022-07-21T21:45:05","date_gmt":"2022-07-22T03:45:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=110159"},"modified":"2022-07-21T21:45:05","modified_gmt":"2022-07-22T03:45:05","slug":"implementa-seguridad-publica-control-de-vehiculos-irregulares-en-los-cabos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=110159","title":{"rendered":"Implementa Seguridad P\u00fablica control de veh\u00edculos irregulares en Los Cabos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-110160 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/04-Seguridad-Publica-Implementa-control-de-vehiculos-irregulares-en-Los-Cabos1-755x451.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"352\" height=\"210\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/04-Seguridad-Publica-Implementa-control-de-vehiculos-irregulares-en-Los-Cabos1-755x451.jpeg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/04-Seguridad-Publica-Implementa-control-de-vehiculos-irregulares-en-Los-Cabos1-150x90.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/04-Seguridad-Publica-Implementa-control-de-vehiculos-irregulares-en-Los-Cabos1-768x459.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/04-Seguridad-Publica-Implementa-control-de-vehiculos-irregulares-en-Los-Cabos1.jpeg 1006w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 352px) 100vw, 352px\" \/>Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.- Con la finalidad de verificar que los veh\u00edculos que circulan a lo largo de la geograf\u00eda del municipio cumplan con lo establecido en el Reglamento de Tr\u00e1nsito y Vialidad, elementos de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Polic\u00eda Preventiva y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal, -siguiendo las indicaciones del capit\u00e1n Ruseel Rodas Moreno-, realizan inspecci\u00f3n y verificaci\u00f3n de motocicletas y autom\u00f3viles que no cuenten con las caracter\u00edsticas adecuadas para poder circular, evitando que vulneren la seguridad de la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Como resultado de los operativos implementados, las autoridades a cargo de la paz y el orden p\u00fablico en el municipio de Los Cabos, han interpuesto infracciones por faltas como: la ausencia del casco de seguridad, viajar m\u00e1s de dos ocupantes en la unidad (en el caso de conductores de motos) o veh\u00edculos que superan el nivel del polarizado establecido en art\u00edculo 80 del reglamento de Tr\u00e1nsito del Municipio de Los Cabos, el cual se\u00f1ala que: \u201cse proh\u00edbe el uso de polarizados a toda coloraci\u00f3n de cristales que impidan la visibilidad desde y hacia el interior del veh\u00edculo, como tambi\u00e9n aquellos de tonalidad oscuro y de calidad espejo que no permitan una visibilidad de 35% o mayor\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que el pasado martes 19 de julio, tras realizar un filtro de observaci\u00f3n en las calles Paseo del Pescador, esquina con Paseo Barlovento en la colonia Aguajitos, los elementos policiales realizaron la revisi\u00f3n de documentos, tanto de las unidades como de sus tripulantes, estableciendo 8 infracciones por carecer de documentaci\u00f3n vigente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con estas acciones, la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Polic\u00eda Preventiva y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal encabezada por el capit\u00e1n Ruseel Rodas Moreno, invita a la ciudadan\u00eda a cuidar del bienestar com\u00fan y evitar multas por infringir los lineamientos que garantizan la seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n y la prevenci\u00f3n accidentes en el municipio de Los Cabos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.- Con la finalidad de verificar que los veh\u00edculos que circulan a lo largo de la<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":110160,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[40],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-110159","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-municipios"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
