diputados del Congreso del Estado y la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil, Pol\u00edtica y Legislaci\u00f3n Ambiental (Polea A.C), firmaron el Memor\u00e1ndum de Entendimiento, \u00a0para la elaboraci\u00f3n de la Ley de Cambio Clim\u00e1tico para el Estado de Baja California Sur, que elaborar\u00e1 el Gobierno de Estado con el apoyo del programa UK Pack M\u00e9xico (Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions) del Reino Unido, en el proceso de socializaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n ciudadana para la elaboraci\u00f3n de dicha legislaci\u00f3n que ser\u00e1 enviada al Poder Legislativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El acuerdo establecido permitir\u00e1 crear una relaci\u00f3n de cooperaci\u00f3n institucional a fin de actualizar el marco normativo estatal en materia de cambio clim\u00e1tico mediante actividades para la creaci\u00f3n de una ley estatal as\u00ed como el marco normativo secundario, para lo cual se ejecutaran foros, mesas de trabajo, y dem\u00e1s herramientas que deriven en la iniciativa de ley que presentar\u00e1 el Poder Ejecutivo ante el Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Previo a la firma del convenio el diputado Eduardo Valent\u00edn Vanwormer, presidente de la Mesa Directiva, puntualiz\u00f3 que la firma de dicho convenio es \u201cuna gran ocasi\u00f3n para hacer un compromiso con nuestro medio ambiente, pero sobre todo con las futuras\u00a0 generaciones para heredarles una nueva conciencia de c\u00f3mo convivir de manera sustentable con nuestro entorno\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el presidente de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso del Estado, diputado Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s Castro, sentenci\u00f3 que dicho convenio reconocer\u00e1 \u00a0la importancia de frenar el cambio clim\u00e1tico y proteja a la humanidad, dijo, \u201cel alcance que tienen estos trabajos tiene que ver precisamente con la existencia de la humanidad, y nos tiene que quedar claro, para concientizarnos en la importancia de estos trabajos y estar al pendiente de ellos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por el Congreso firmaron el diputado Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s, Presidente de la JUGOCOPO y el diputado Eduardo Van Wormer, Presidente de la mesa directiva de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente, en tanto que por Polea firm\u00f3 Andr\u00e9s \u00c1vila, Director Ejecutivo de Polea; firmaron tambi\u00e9n legisladores y legisladores como testigos de este acuerdo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que las y los legisladores del Congreso del Estado en conjunto con el Gobierno del Estado a trav\u00e9s de la SEPUIM, Secretarias federales y asociaciones civiles, presidieron el arranque del \u201cProceso Participativo para la elaboraci\u00f3n de la Ley del Cambio Clim\u00e1tico para el Estado de BCS el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles 27
