{"id":110730,"date":"2022-08-02T15:32:40","date_gmt":"2022-08-02T21:32:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=110730"},"modified":"2022-08-02T15:32:40","modified_gmt":"2022-08-02T21:32:40","slug":"dictan-prision-preventiva-a-sujeto-por-robo-con-violencia-en-tienda-oxxo-miramar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=110730","title":{"rendered":"Dictan prisi\u00f3n preventiva a sujeto, por robo con violencia en tienda Oxxo Miramar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-110024 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/DETENIDO-BOL-263-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"344\" height=\"229\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Juez de control dict\u00f3 como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva al posible responsable de un robo a la tienda Oxxo en La Paz; Carlos Adri\u00e1n \u201cN\u201d, el cual se encuentra relacionado con otras carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n por el delito de robo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El suceso ocurri\u00f3 el 16 de julio del a\u00f1o en curso, en la tienda de autoservicio ubicada en las calles Dos Mares y Miramar, de la colonia Miramar, cuando el imputado, se introdujo al \u00e1rea de cajas y amenaz\u00f3 a las empleadas para que le entregaran el dinero en efectivo, mismo que tom\u00f3 para salir huyendo del lugar, lo cual fue frustrado ante la llegada de otros clientes, por lo que avent\u00f3 lo hurtado para salir huyendo del lugar. La persona detenida cuadras adelante por elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La parte afectada hizo la denuncia y agentes del Ministerio P\u00fablico de Unidad Especializada en Investigaci\u00f3n de Delito de Robo y su Judicializaci\u00f3n en La Paz, iniciaron con carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n que, eventualmente, deriv\u00f3 en la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n de Carlos Adri\u00e1n \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los elementos presentados por el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico en la audiencia inicial celebrada el 19 de julio llevaron a que se decretara la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y la prisi\u00f3n preventiva para el probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, se le proporcion\u00f3 2 meses al representante social para realizar la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria; entre tanto, el sujeto se presume inocente, mientras no se determine su responsabilidad por parte de la autoridad, seg\u00fan el art\u00edculo 13 del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Juez de control dict\u00f3 como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva al posible responsable de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-110730","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
