{"id":111357,"date":"2022-08-12T12:40:31","date_gmt":"2022-08-12T18:40:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=111357"},"modified":"2022-08-12T12:40:31","modified_gmt":"2022-08-12T18:40:31","slug":"procesa-fgr-en-bcs-a-servidora-publica-por-el-delito-de-cohecho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=111357","title":{"rendered":"Procesa FGR en BCS a servidora publica por el delito de cohecho"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-111358 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/FACHADA-DELEGACION-755x475.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"337\" height=\"212\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) en Baja California Sur, obtuvo auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de una persona (servidor p\u00fablico), por su probable participaci\u00f3n en la comisi\u00f3n del delito de cohecho, previsto en el C\u00f3digo Penal Federal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con los hechos, catorce personas afectadas denunciaron ante el Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF) que Dolores \u201cN\u201d, a trav\u00e9s de una tercera persona, contact\u00f3 a varios comerciantes, a los que les ofreci\u00f3 un apoyo econ\u00f3mico para reactivar o renovar su negocio, ya que les dec\u00eda que ella autorizaba los apoyos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De esta manera, a cada beneficiario le solicitaba, para iniciar el tr\u00e1mite, la cantidad de 45 mil pesos y dependiendo de la aportaci\u00f3n que hac\u00edan, el monto del apoyo podr\u00eda ir desde los 700 mil pesos, hasta un mill\u00f3n 800 mil pesos. La aportaci\u00f3n fue entregada en efectivo y a trav\u00e9s de dep\u00f3sitos y transferencias, a una tarjeta de d\u00e9bito de una Instituci\u00f3n Bancaria a nombre de la investigada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por lo anterior, el Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF) inici\u00f3 la carpeta correspondiente y formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n por el delito de cohecho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la audiencia inicial, el Juez vincul\u00f3 a proceso a Dolores \u201cN\u201d por el delito antes se\u00f1alado, e impuso la presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica y la prohibici\u00f3n de acercarse a las v\u00edctimas o testigos.
