{"id":111523,"date":"2022-08-15T18:50:37","date_gmt":"2022-08-16T00:50:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=111523"},"modified":"2022-08-15T18:50:37","modified_gmt":"2022-08-16T00:50:37","slug":"pactan-acuerdos-gobierno-de-los-cabos-y-colegio-de-notarios-de-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=111523","title":{"rendered":"Pactan acuerdos Gobierno de Los Cabos y Colegio de Notarios de BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-111524 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/04-Pactan-acuerdos-Gobierno-de-Los-Cabos-y-Colegio-de-Notarios-de-B.C.S.-para-elevar-la-fluidez-economica-en-el-destino2-755x430.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"341\" height=\"194\" \/>Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.- En la b\u00fasqueda de sumar esfuerzos que eleven el capital econ\u00f3mico en las arcas municipales y escuchar las solicitudes e inquietudes del Colegio de Notarios P\u00fablicos de Baja California Sur, el titular de la Tesorer\u00eda General Municipal de Los Cabos, Jonatan Vargas Ag\u00fandez, convoc\u00f3 a una reuni\u00f3n ejecutiva en la que coincidieron principalmente en la regularizaci\u00f3n del ISAI (<em>Impuesto Sobre Adquisici\u00f3n de Inmuebles).<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la sala del INDEM donde fueron reunidos, el tesorero de Los Cabos atendi\u00f3 las propuestas de los notarios, encabezados por el presidente del Colegio de Notarios en B.C.S. Jos\u00e9 Alberto Castro Salazar, asimismo intercambiaron situaciones precisas que aquejan al destino y al mundo, que es la desestabilidad econ\u00f3mica del mercado que gener\u00f3 la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En su participaci\u00f3n, Vargas Ag\u00fandez comparti\u00f3 su inter\u00e9s por fortalecer la generaci\u00f3n de recursos en el <em>Impuesto Sobre Adquisici\u00f3n de Inmuebles<\/em><em>, <\/em><em>siendo este el origen <\/em>financiero del municipio; por ende, instruy\u00f3 a los directores municipales de Catastro e Ingresos dar seguimiento a los siguientes acuerdos: promover la regularizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites de ISAI, as\u00ed como brindar soluci\u00f3n inmediata a los tr\u00e1mites complejos dentro del marco de la ley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Igualmente, se acord\u00f3 dar premura a la digitalizaci\u00f3n Catastral, a fin de que la atenci\u00f3n sea m\u00e1s \u00e1gil, eficiente y se eviten discrepancias en los cobros, con la intenci\u00f3n de que mejore la din\u00e1mica y el recurso fluya en el municipio, sin contratiempos, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u201cLas diligencias que ustedes realicen en el municipio, impactar\u00e1n positivamente en las finanzas municipales, y ese recurso se ver\u00e1 reflejado en acciones y programas sociales que benefician a la ciudadan\u00eda cabe\u00f1a\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Jonatan Vargas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Para concluir su participaci\u00f3n, el servidor p\u00fablico hizo extensiva una invitaci\u00f3n y manifest\u00f3 que el Gobierno de Los Cabos es un ente p\u00fablico de puertas abiertas, siempre dispuesto a atender las solicitudes de los diversos gremios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el presidente del Colegio de Notarios de B.C.S., Jos\u00e9 Alberto Castro Salazar, agradeci\u00f3 a la autoridad municipal la apertura, destacando que es de suma importancia continuar con las mesas de trabajo, por tal motivo se acord\u00f3 reunirse de manera peri\u00f3dica para dar seguimiento a cada acuerdo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.- En la b\u00fasqueda de sumar esfuerzos que eleven el capital econ\u00f3mico en las arcas municipales<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[40],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-111523","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-municipios"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
