{"id":111641,"date":"2022-08-17T08:13:41","date_gmt":"2022-08-17T14:13:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=111641"},"modified":"2022-08-17T08:13:41","modified_gmt":"2022-08-17T14:13:41","slug":"buro-politico-salud-prioridad-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=111641","title":{"rendered":"Bur\u00f3 Pol\u00edtico\/ Salud: \u00a1Prioridad!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-111642 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Buro.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"333\" height=\"191\" \/>Por Ariel Vilchis <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed como el tema de <strong>SEGURIDAD<\/strong> es importante para el actual gobierno, donde se han obtenido resultados positivos gracias al esfuerzo conjunto entre los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno que mantienen a la entidad en los primeros lugares de precepci\u00f3n de seguridad, el otro tema relevante para la administraci\u00f3n estatal que encabeza el Prof. <strong>V\u00edctor Castro<\/strong> es la <strong>SALUD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Desde el inicio de su gobierno, el primer mandatario estatal reconoci\u00f3 que el rubro de <strong>Servicios de Salud<\/strong>ser\u00eda prioritario para su administraci\u00f3n, por lo que en sus primeras acciones se rehabilitaron 35 unidades m\u00e9dicas y se invirti\u00f3 un importante porcentaje del presupuesto para mejorar el abasto de insumos de salud y medicinas en los hospitales, sobre todo en las comunidades donde existe mayor desigualdad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, el tema es muy profundo. El abandono que por muchos a\u00f1os sufri\u00f3 el sistema de salud mexicano por parte de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que fomentaron el servicio privado de salud, los grandes negocios con farmac\u00e9uticas o simplemente el alto costo en la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios especializados tuvo como consecuencia un fr\u00e1gil sistema de salud el cual requiere, por decirlo de alguno modo, cirug\u00eda mayor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De ah\u00ed que el gobierno del estado est\u00e9 tomando acciones para que la atenci\u00f3n mejore en el rubro de Salud. Es claro que el fortalecimiento del sistema de salud es prioritario para poder alcanzar un verdadero desarrollo social y el esfuerzo tambi\u00e9n debe ser conjunto. Por ello es importante lo que se est\u00e1 avanzando de manera coordinada entre la Entidad y el gobierno federal, como es el caso de la implementaci\u00f3n del programa <strong>IMSS- Bienestar<\/strong> que ofrece servicio de salud a poblaci\u00f3n que no cuenta con seguridad social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Es de reconocer, por supuesto, las gestiones que ante el gobierno federal ha hecho el gobierno del estado para la mejora de los servicios de salud y que se han cristalizado como el caso de la cl\u00ednica del <strong>IMSS de Loreto<\/strong> que ya cuenta con el <strong>Servicio de Hemodi\u00e1lisis,<\/strong> el cual era una demanda de la poblaci\u00f3n ya que para recibir sus tratamiento deb\u00edan trasladarse hasta Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el primer a\u00f1o de gobierno del <strong>Prof. V\u00edctor Castro<\/strong> hay avances sustanciales en el tema de Salud y el d\u00eda de hoy habr\u00e1 buenas noticias para los derechohabientes del <strong>Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado<\/strong> (ISSSTE) cuando se firme en la Sala de Gobernadores el <strong>convenio de reconocimiento de adeudos <\/strong>entre el instituto y los municipios de la entidad, lo que deber\u00e1 reflejarse en un mejor servicio para los derechohabientes en materia de salud pero tambi\u00e9n en prestaciones como guarder\u00edas o acceso a pr\u00e9stamos y vivienda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ya veremos que sucede, es mi opini\u00f3n, al tiempo\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Ariel Vilchis As\u00ed como el tema de SEGURIDAD es importante para el actual gobierno, donde se han obtenido resultados<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[41],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-111641","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-las-columnas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Bur\u00f3 Pol\u00edtico\/ Salud: \u00a1Prioridad!
