{"id":112218,"date":"2022-08-25T14:23:28","date_gmt":"2022-08-25T20:23:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=112218"},"modified":"2022-08-25T14:23:28","modified_gmt":"2022-08-25T20:23:28","slug":"signan-convenio-de-colaboracion-el-congreso-del-estado-y-la-contraloria-de-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=112218","title":{"rendered":"Signan convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n el Congreso del Estado y la Contralor\u00eda de BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-112219 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/FIRMA-DE-CONVENIO-CONTRALORIA-250822-4-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"341\" height=\"226\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur suscribi\u00f3 un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n interinstitucional con la Contralor\u00eda General del Estado de Baja California Sur, con el objeto de poder contar con prestaciones de servicio profesional de defensor\u00eda p\u00fablica de oficio, por parte de peritos en materia administrativa para las y los servidores p\u00fablicos que requieran del sustento, toda vez que fuesen se\u00f1alados como presuntos responsables de faltas administrativas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El diputado presidente de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso del Estado (JUGOCOPO), el profesor Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s Castro, sentenci\u00f3 que al signar el convenio se promueve la legalidad de los procedimientos administrativos que emita la Contralor\u00eda General del Estado de Baja California Sur como \u00f3rgano de control interno del Poder Legislativo, dijo, se otorgar\u00e1 conforme a lo establecido en la Ley de Responsabilidades Administrativas del Estado y Municipios de Baja California Sur, la protecci\u00f3n durante el proceso de responsabilidades administrativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Avil\u00e9s Castro, mencion\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que el convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n abona en la b\u00fasqueda de certidumbre legal durante los procedimientos de actos jur\u00eddicos durante el periodo de la XVI Legislatura y las pr\u00f3ximas a desempe\u00f1ar el cargo, haciendo cumplir la ley por presuntas responsabilidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por el Congreso del Estado, firm\u00f3 el diputado presidente de la JUGOCOPO, el profesor Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s Castro, la Licenciada Karla Mendoza Higuera, Contralora del Congreso del Estado y por otra parte, la Licenciada Rosa Cristina Buend\u00eda Soto, Contralora General del Estado de Baja California Sur y el director jur\u00eddico de la contralor\u00eda general, el Mtro.
