{"id":113039,"date":"2022-09-08T18:27:24","date_gmt":"2022-09-09T00:27:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=113039"},"modified":"2022-09-08T18:27:24","modified_gmt":"2022-09-09T00:27:24","slug":"firman-gobiernos-federal-y-estatal-convenio-para-actualizar-los-planes-de-ordenamiento-territorial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=113039","title":{"rendered":"Firman gobiernos federal y estatal convenio para actualizar los planes de Ordenamiento Territorial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-113040 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/FOTO-BOLETIN-068-SEPUIMM-CONVENIO-CONANP-739x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"341\" height=\"227\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Al destacar que existe la necesidad real de ordenar el territorio, el cual debe ser urbano y ecol\u00f3gico y considerar la experiencia de las comunidades, el gobernador V\u00edctor Castro Cos\u00edo encabez\u00f3 la firma de convenio marco de ordenamiento territorial y desarrollo urbano, ordenamiento ecol\u00f3gico y ordenamiento tur\u00edstico para el estado de BCS y sus municipios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El objetivo es sumar las capacidades de los especialistas para que se pueda dar certeza al desarrollo en la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Derivado de esta colaboraci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n se reitera el compromiso de trabajar de manera conjunta en este ordenamiento, signado con la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (SEMARNAT), la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (SEDATU), la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de \u00c1reas Naturales Protegidas, la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo con el Gobierno de BCS y los municipios de Los Cabos, La Paz, Comond\u00fa. Loreto y Muleg\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Para la firma se cont\u00f3 con la representaci\u00f3n por la SEMARNAT del subsecretario de Planeaci\u00f3n y Pol\u00edtica Ambiental, Iv\u00e1n Rico L\u00f3pez, de la SEDATU, Edna Vega Rangel, subsecretaria de Ordenamiento Territorial y Agrario y V\u00edctor Hugo Hofmann Aguirre, director general de Ordenamiento Territorial, Ad\u00e1n Pe\u00f1a Fuentes, Comisionado Nacional de \u00c1reas Naturales Protegidas y Gloria Fermina Tavera Alonso, director general Conservaci\u00f3n de la CONANP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Marco Antonio Guti\u00e9rrez de la Rosa, secretario de la Secretar\u00eda de la Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana, Infraestructura, Movilidad, Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (SEPUIMM), puntualiz\u00f3 que con la armonizaci\u00f3n de estos instrumentos se revertir\u00e1 el rezago que existe en la materia en la entidad, ya que los planes vigentes datan del 1981, cuando en municipio de Loreto a\u00fan formaba parte de Comond\u00fa, situaci\u00f3n que no permite un adecuada organizaci\u00f3n de las vocaciones productivas del territorio y sus comunidades.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Al destacar que existe la necesidad real de ordenar el territorio, el cual debe ser<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-113039","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
