{"id":113215,"date":"2022-09-12T13:21:37","date_gmt":"2022-09-12T19:21:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=113215"},"modified":"2022-09-12T13:21:37","modified_gmt":"2022-09-12T19:21:37","slug":"buro-politico-reconstruccion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=113215","title":{"rendered":"Bur\u00f3 Pol\u00edtico\/ \u00a1Reconstrucci\u00f3n!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-113216 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Buro-733x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"340\" height=\"228\" \/>Por Ariel Vilchis <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Hacerle frente a los fen\u00f3menos meteorol\u00f3gicos que cada a\u00f1o se dejan sentir en la entidad saca lo bueno y lo malo, descubre lo negativo y lo positivo, evidencia las carencias pero tambi\u00e9n deja ver las fortalezas que como gobierno y sociedad tenemos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s del paso del hurac\u00e1n\u00a0 <strong>KAY<\/strong> queda m\u00e1s que claro que es la prevenci\u00f3n el camino para evitar situaciones que lamentar; pero tambi\u00e9n es claro que hay situaciones que no deben dejarse de lado como lo es la precauci\u00f3n y el cuidado que como sociedad debemos tener, sobre todo al circular por las carreteras despu\u00e9s de un fen\u00f3meno meteorol\u00f3gico que cause da\u00f1os a la infraestructura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Desde el gobierno se actu\u00f3 de manera eficiente y oportuna. El Consejo Estatal\u00a0 de Protecci\u00f3n Civil encabezado por el gobernador del estado <strong>Victo Castro Cos\u00edo<\/strong> le dio puntual seguimiento al fen\u00f3meno meteorol\u00f3gico, con\u00a0 estrecha comunicaci\u00f3n con los municipios y toma de decisiones que salvaguardaran la integridad de los sudcalifornianos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Lo alcaldes hicieron su mayor esfuerzo con total responsabilidad. Los Cabos, La Paz y Muleg\u00e9 lo hicieron bien, atentos a las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n y, en la medida de lo posible, brindaron su apoyo a los que menos tienen o, dicho de otro modo, a quien m\u00e1s lo necesita. Es de resaltar el trabajo del alcalde cabe\u00f1o <strong>Oscar Leggs<\/strong> y su invaluable apoyo solidario al municipio de Muleg\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El despliegue funcionarios estatales a todos los rincones del estado y sobre todo a la zona norte fue una decisi\u00f3n acertada por parte del ejecutivo, labor que realiz\u00f3 con toda responsabilidad el secretario general de gobierno <strong>Homero Davis Castro<\/strong> y un grupo de funcionarios que lo acompa\u00f1aron. La tarea no est\u00e1 concluida, <strong>la reconstrucci\u00f3n apenas empieza despu\u00e9s de la evaluaci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os<\/strong> realizada el pasado fin de semana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Me parece que el reto m\u00e1s importante ser\u00e1 el de reconstruir lo m\u00e1s pronto posible la infraestructura da\u00f1ada en carreteras, caminos y puentes; as\u00ed como en las ciudades el mantenimiento de las calles, situaci\u00f3n que al implicar recursos econ\u00f3micos requerir\u00e1 de toda la pericia del gobierno estatal. Por cierto, ya se mostr\u00f3 un primer avance el fin de semana con la implementaci\u00f3n del Programa <strong>Juntos es Posible Limpiar BCS<\/strong>, la reapertura de la carretera transpeninsular en los tramos que se vieron afectados por la corrida de arroyos y un programa emergente de bacheo en la capital del estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De tal manera que, a unos d\u00edas de pasada la <em>tormenta, <\/em>regresa la calma. Con solidaridad entre los municipios, con coordinaci\u00f3n y acciones desde el gobierno del estado, no resta m\u00e1s que esperar a que poco a poco se reestablezca la normalidad. Es tarea de todos\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Es mi opini\u00f3n.
