{"id":113355,"date":"2022-09-14T10:25:22","date_gmt":"2022-09-14T16:25:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=113355"},"modified":"2022-09-14T10:25:22","modified_gmt":"2022-09-14T16:25:22","slug":"cita-fgr-a-bcs-noticias-por-publicacion-sobre-nepotismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=113355","title":{"rendered":"Cita FGR a BCS Noticias por publicacion sobre nepotismo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-111358 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/FACHADA-DELEGACION-755x475.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"340\" height=\"214\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.-\u00a0 Agentes del Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal notificaron el pasado 5 de septiembre a los representantes legales del portal de noticias BCS Noticias sobre una audiencia en la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, el pr\u00f3ximo 28 de septiembre a las 9:15 horas, en donde se buscaran vincular a proceso a los comunicadores por Violencia Pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La denuncia, en contra de reporteros de BCS Noticias fue interpuesta por Arlene Moreno Maciel, quien denuncio Violencia Pol\u00edtica, luego de que fuera publicada una noticia, en donde se exhibe el presunto tr\u00e1fico de influencias y nepotismo para la obtenci\u00f3n de una candidatura plurinominal en el proceso electoral de 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Aunado a la denuncia electoral y penal que ahora enfrenta el medio de comunicaci\u00f3n, la quejosa advierte que buscar\u00e1 la \u201creparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o\u201d por la v\u00eda civil; esto ha generado que diversas organizaciones de protecci\u00f3n a periodistas, que ahora est\u00e1n a cargo de la defensa, voltear\u00e1n a ver el caso, pues se advierte un hostigamiento judicial sin sentido, que buscar\u00eda debilitar al medio de comunicaci\u00f3n con el objeto de censurar su tarea informativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, ser\u00e1 el 28 de septiembre cuando el juez asignado al caso decida si manda a juicio a los comunicadores, con el que estar\u00eda en riesgo su libertad.
