{"id":113478,"date":"2022-09-15T16:28:47","date_gmt":"2022-09-15T22:28:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=113478"},"modified":"2022-09-15T16:28:47","modified_gmt":"2022-09-15T22:28:47","slug":"nombran-a-christian-agundez-en-comision-de-procedencia-en-sustitucion-de-blanca-marquez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=113478","title":{"rendered":"Nombran a Christian Ag\u00fandez en Comisi\u00f3n de Procedencia en sustituci\u00f3n de Blanca M\u00e1rquez"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-113479 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/CONGRESO-FOTO-ILUSTRACION-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"338\" height=\"224\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- En apego a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo, la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado designo al diputado Christian Ag\u00fandez G\u00f3mez de la Fracci\u00f3n del PT y al diputado Armando Mart\u00ednez Vega, como integrante y como vocal respectivamente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Procedencia, en sustituci\u00f3n de la diputada Blanca Belia M\u00e1rquez Espinoza (PAN) tras anunciar su renuncia mediante un pronunciamiento en sesi\u00f3n p\u00fablica ordinaria de este martes 13 de septiembre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la Mesa Directiva, diputado Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s Castro inform\u00f3 que conforme a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo, el sustituto de la legisladora fue designado por insaculaci\u00f3n resultando designado el diputado Ag\u00fandez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El tambi\u00e9n Coordinador de la Fracci\u00f3n Parlamentaria de Morena consign\u00f3 que no hubo argumento t\u00e9cnico legal de la renuncia de la diputada M\u00e1rquez Espinoza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Afirm\u00f3 que la comisi\u00f3n de procedencia est\u00e1 trabajando y est\u00e1 dentro del tiempo reglamentario, sin embargo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la legisladora omiti\u00f3 comentar que el homologo se\u00f1alado present\u00f3 un recurso de revisi\u00f3n, mismo que requiere dar una respuesta, por lo tanto se ampliar\u00eda el t\u00e9rmino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El presidente consider\u00f3 que la renuncia publica de la diputada fue contradictoria, pues se\u00f1al\u00f3 dilaci\u00f3n, y su renuncia retrasar\u00e1 el procedimiento, \u201cno me explico su posici\u00f3n, no se si es mala fe, si le est\u00e1n haciendo juego a alguien o si es simple y llanamente politiquer\u00eda, porque la comisi\u00f3n est\u00e1 trabajando conforme a la Ley Org\u00e1nica, al C\u00f3digo de Procedimientos Penales y finalmente la comisi\u00f3n deber\u00e1 de tener un resolutivo en el tiempo correspondiente\u201d, declar\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte el diputado Juan P\u00e9rez Cayetano reprob\u00f3 el acto de la legisladora, al atribuirlo a tintes pol\u00edticos, consider\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que la diputada violent\u00f3 el procedimiento de la comisi\u00f3n de procedencia, y Finalmente pidi\u00f3 a integrantes de la comisi\u00f3n que atiendan los argumentos de la defensa de su persona, y se revisen las pruebas de ambas partes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- En apego a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo, la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-113478","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.3 -
