{"id":113587,"date":"2022-09-18T10:45:36","date_gmt":"2022-09-18T16:45:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=113587"},"modified":"2022-09-18T10:45:36","modified_gmt":"2022-09-18T16:45:36","slug":"capacita-congreso-a-sus-areas-en-materia-de-adquisiciones-y-arrendamientos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=113587","title":{"rendered":"Capacita Congreso a sus \u00e1reas en materia de adquisiciones y arrendamientos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-113588 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/CAPACITACION-ARRENDAMIENTOS-3-744x492.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"340\" height=\"225\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Con la finalidad de llevar a cabo procesos m\u00e1s transparentes apegados a la normatividad y para atender las solicitudes ciudadanas, encargados de las diferentes \u00e1reas de la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado fueron capacitados con el Curso taller de Adquisiciones, Arrendamientos y Servicios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica diputado Luis Armando D\u00edaz es parte de un proceso de mejoramiento y dado que hoy los tiempos exigen mayor transparencia y que la gente tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 muy pendiente de c\u00f3mo se orienta el gasto el gasto p\u00fablico, los recursos que se ministra al Poder Legislativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstamos obligados a transparentar los procesos y obviamente como ente donde nace el marco jur\u00eddico leyes y decretos, estamos m\u00e1s obligados, por eso nace la necesidad de este curso taller atendiendo la ley de Arrendamientos y Ley de Responsabilidad de los Servidores P\u00fablicos\u201d, expres\u00f3 al inaugurar la jornada acompa\u00f1ado del director de Finanzas, Mario Carrillo Lerma quien imparti\u00f3 el curso \u2013 taller.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que esta formaci\u00f3n ayudar\u00e1 a que cada \u00e1rea lleve a cabo los procesos con orden y planeaci\u00f3n y dentro de un ejercicio sano de las finanzas, as\u00ed como que conozcan el funcionamiento del \u00e1rea de recursos materiales pues finalmente esto involucra a todas las \u00e1reas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte el Director de Finanzas expuso que se busca dar cumplimiento a la Constituci\u00f3n pero tambi\u00e9n que el Congreso mejore sus procesos de transparencia, dijo que el objetivo es que los encargados de las diferentes \u00e1reas \u00a0conozcan los procesos para tener la planificaci\u00f3n de los mismos departamentos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Con la finalidad de llevar a cabo procesos m\u00e1s transparentes apegados a la normatividad y<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-113587","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
