les dan prisi\u00f3n preventiva"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-114617 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/detenidos-755x472.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"341\" height=\"213\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- \u00a0Luego de que Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal, detuvieran a tres sujetos relacionados con los disturbios ocurridos el pasado 26 de septiembre de 2022, en Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n, dos de estos fueron vinculados a proceso por su probable comisi\u00f3n de los delitos de portaci\u00f3n de arma de fuego, yposesi\u00f3n de mariguana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En audiencia inicial, el Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) en Baja California Sur, obtuvo auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de estas dos personas, a quienes se les aseguraron un arma de fuego tipo fusil calibre .223 mm abastecido con un cargador con 15 cartuchos \u00fatiles, un arma de fuego larga tipo fusil calibre 5.56 mm abastecido con un cargador con 15 cartuchos \u00fatiles, un arma de fuego calibre 9 mm, abastecida con cinco cartuchos \u00fatiles as\u00ed como vegetal verde y seco conocido como cannabis sativa l. con un peso de 14 gramos 919 miligramos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF) aport\u00f3 los datos de prueba, que permitieron obtener del Juez de Control adscrito al Centro de Justicia Penal en el Estado del Partido Judicial de Comond\u00fa, el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de los imputados por los delitos en menci\u00f3n y les impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
