{"id":114676,"date":"2022-10-03T15:20:12","date_gmt":"2022-10-03T21:20:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=114676"},"modified":"2022-10-03T15:20:12","modified_gmt":"2022-10-03T21:20:12","slug":"celebra-diputada-inicio-de-operaciones-de-cclbcs-y-tribunales-laborales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=114676","title":{"rendered":"Celebra diputada inicio de operaciones de CCLBCS y Tribunales laborales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-114677 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/DIP-MARIA-LUISA-TREJO-INICIO-FUNCIONES1-755x441.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"344\" height=\"201\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- En el marco del inicio en funciones del Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral dependiente del Gobierno del Estado como de los tribunales laborales a cargo del Poder Judicial, la presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Asuntos Laborales y de Previsi\u00f3n Social en la XVI Legislatura de Baja California Sur, diputada Mar\u00eda Luisa Trejo Pi\u00f1uelas declar\u00f3 su benepl\u00e1cito por el inicio del Nuevo Sistema de Justicia Laboral en el pa\u00eds y en la entidad, pues con este ya no habr\u00e1 rezagos como los que acumularon las juntas locales de conciliaci\u00f3n y arbitraje, adem\u00e1s de que en lo sucesivo, la impartici\u00f3n de justicia laboral ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s fluida y ben\u00e9fica tanto para el trabajador como para la parte patronal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Luego de realizar dos recorridos la ma\u00f1ana de este lunes 03 de octubre, primero por las nuevas instalaciones del Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral del Estado y despu\u00e9s por los tribunales laborales, la legisladora expres\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n sentirse satisfecha por el trabajo legislativo que realiz\u00f3 la XVI Legislatura y la comisi\u00f3n que preside, para la homologaci\u00f3n del nuevo sistema en Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Al recordar su origen sindicalista, Trejo Pi\u00f1uelas expuso que como es del conocimiento general, en el esquema que antecede, en las juntas locales de conciliaci\u00f3n y arbitraje predomin\u00f3 el retraso en la atenci\u00f3n de los expedientes, y por ende un gran rezago, asuntos que aun bajo ese esquema deber\u00e1n concluirse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cComo presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Laborales y de Previsi\u00f3n Social y como sindicalista, de venir la defensa de los derechos laborales me siento muy complacida; esperemos que todo sea muy fluido para los trabajadores como para los patrones, porque en este sistema entran los dos, se benefician ambas partes\u201d, declar\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar que la XVI Legislatura inici\u00f3 el proceso de armonizaci\u00f3n de la Reforma Laboral el pasado 14 de diciembre de 2021, con la aprobaci\u00f3n de la reforma de la Constituci\u00f3n de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente, el 09 de febrero de 2022, el Pleno aprob\u00f3 reformas, derogaciones y adiciones a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial del Estado y expidi\u00f3 la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral del Estado (CCLBCS).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del 05 de abril, eligi\u00f3 a la directora del CCLBCS y el 22 de septiembre pasado, emiti\u00f3 la Declaratoria por la cual entran en funciones el CCLBCS como los Tribunales Laborales del Poder Judicial del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- En el marco del inicio en funciones del Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral dependiente del Gobierno<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-114676","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
