Armando Aguilar Paniagua, se efectu\u00f3 el segundo conversatorio titulado \u00abCambio Clim\u00e1tico en Baja California Sur: Mitigaci\u00f3n y Adaptaci\u00f3n\u00bb, evento organizado por la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Ecolog\u00eda, Presidida por la diputada Gabriela Montoya Terrazas, a trav\u00e9s del Instituto de Estudios Legislativos del Congreso del Estado y la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Baja California Sur; para ello se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 3 destacados profesores e investigadores de la m\u00e1xima casa de estudios de BCS; la Dra. Antonina Ivanona Boncheva, el Dr. H\u00e9ctor Reyes Bonilla y el Dr. Alejandro G\u00f3mez Gallardo Unzueta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Previo al arranqu\u00e9 de los trabajos, en su mensaje de bienvenida el presidente de la Mesa Directiva del Congreso del Estado, el diputado Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s Castro, expres\u00f3 que el tema puesto sobre la mesa es de suma relevancia para la sociedad en general, gobierno e instituciones, puesto que se trata de la supervivencia de la humanidad, por lo que, \u00abprevenir no es suficiente, es necesario mitigar las afectaciones\u00bb, dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte la Diputada Gabriela Montoya Terrazas, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Ecolog\u00eda, aplaudi\u00f3 la ejecuci\u00f3n de los Conversatorios en materia ambiental, al ser el cambio clim\u00e1tico una problem\u00e1tica que preocupa; por lo que los diagn\u00f3sticos que surjan de los conversatorios permitir\u00e1n generar acciones entre la Academia y el Poder Legislativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los expositores conversaron sobre los diferentes aspectos y circunstancias que intervienen en el cambio clim\u00e1tico en nuestra entidad y sobre c\u00f3mo afecta \u00e9ste los ecosistemas y algunas acciones que pueden mitigar los perjuicios a nuestra comunidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Al concluir el Conversatorio, tambi\u00e9n participaron el Subsecretario de Protecci\u00f3n Civil Ing. Benjam\u00edn Garc\u00eda y el Delegado de SEMARNAT en el Estado, Jes\u00fas Echevarr\u00eda Haro, quienes felicitaron a UABCS y Congreso por sostener este ciclo de conversaciones al que se ha titulado \u201cLegislar y Educar para el Bienestar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que el pasado 29 de marco del presente a\u00f1o, la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur y la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Baja California Sur (UABCS) firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- La ma\u00f1ana de este mi\u00e9rcoles 5 de octubre en la sala de sesiones Lic.
