Un a\u00f1o en el que ha quedado clara su forma de gobernar, siempre en beneficio del pueblo cabe\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Para empezar, el alcalde del <strong>municipio m\u00e1s pr\u00f3spero de la entidad<\/strong> conserva su car\u00e1cter amigable, su lado franco, su espontaneidad y sinceridad al hablar; conserva su gusto por el caf\u00e9 tempranero, pues es necesaria la dosis de cafe\u00edna porque en Los Cabos hay que <em>jalar que se ocupa<\/em>, tal y como lo ha mencionado el oriundo del Migri\u00f1o en muchas ocasiones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con visi\u00f3n, con solidaridad, con mano firme, <strong>el alcalde Oscar Leggs<\/strong> gobierna y lo hace bien; no solo cuidando el tema de la simpat\u00eda pol\u00edtica, tambi\u00e9n con <strong>estrategia administrativa y la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas <\/strong>que le permiten cumplir con las obligaciones del ayuntamiento, como lo son los servicios p\u00fablicos, la distribuci\u00f3n del agua potable, seguridad, la promoci\u00f3n de la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica y privada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Lo anterior se ratifica con la evaluaci\u00f3n que hacen peri\u00f3dicamente algunas casas encuestadoras a nivel nacional, como la realizada por Demoscopia Digital cuya encuesta de aprobaci\u00f3n de alcaldes del pa\u00eds ubica al profesor Oscar Leggs en la posici\u00f3n <strong>n\u00famero 10 en el Ranking de alcaldes mejor evaluados de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> con un 66.9% en su edici\u00f3n de septiembre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por supuesto que la mejor opini\u00f3n la tienen los ciudadanos que viven el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en su municipio, pero es evidente que con su trabajo el alcalde Oscar Leggs se ha ganado la confianza del pueblo cabe\u00f1o, quien puede estar satisfecho con la labor realizada pero tambi\u00e9n consiente de que falta mucho por hacer para que Los Cabos tenga equilibrio y que la zona rural, as\u00ed como las colonias populares, tengan m\u00e1s y mejores oportunidades de desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Esta evaluaci\u00f3n debe ser par\u00e1metro para el alcalde cabe\u00f1o de que las cosas pueden y deben hacerse todav\u00eda mejor. Tiene tiempo, pues su gobierno apenas empieza.
