Congreso del Estado, en donde se record\u00f3 y reconoci\u00f3 a hombres y mujeres que con su aportaci\u00f3n han construido una mejor entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cSon 48 a\u00f1os, en donde hemos sido parte de un proceso de alternancia pol\u00edtica, pero lo m\u00e1s importante es seguir construyendo juntos, as\u00ed como pensaron los impulsores de la soberan\u00eda en 1974; que seamos part\u00edcipes del respeto para el que est\u00e1 a lado, que sea una sociedad democr\u00e1tica, justa y digna\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 el Ejecutivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En este marco hist\u00f3rico, se destac\u00f3 la presencia de los diputados constituyentes Mar\u00eda Luisa Salcedo Morales y Eligio Soto L\u00f3pez.
