{"id":115761,"date":"2022-10-19T19:53:03","date_gmt":"2022-10-20T01:53:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=115761"},"modified":"2022-10-19T19:53:03","modified_gmt":"2022-10-20T01:53:03","slug":"firman-convenio-gobierno-de-bcs-y-coneval","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=115761","title":{"rendered":"Firman convenio Gobierno de BCS y CONEVAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-115762 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/FOTO-BOLETIN-550_FIRMA-CONVENIO-CONEVAL-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"344\" height=\"229\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Gobierno del Estado y el Consejo Nacional de Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica de Desarrollo Social (CONEVAL), acordaron sumar esfuerzos para aplicar metodolog\u00edas que permitan a Baja California Sur hacer m\u00e1s eficientes los procesos de indicadores y evaluaci\u00f3n de programas, esto mediante la firma de convenio en evento encabezado por el gobernador V\u00edctor Castro Cos\u00edo y el secretario ejecutivo de CONEVAL, Jos\u00e9 Nabor Cruz Marcelo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEs importante sumar esfuerzos para que los gobiernos hagan buen uso de los recursos y que haya menos pobreza\u201d, coment\u00f3 el gobernador V\u00edctor Castro Cos\u00edo, al destacar que, con este convenio, se llevar\u00e1n a cabo procesos de capacitaci\u00f3n para dar seguimiento a los indicadores de evaluaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como asesor\u00eda t\u00e9cnica para la calificaci\u00f3n en el desarrollo de las pol\u00edticas de desarrollo social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante el encuentro, al cual acudieron la presidenta del sistema estatal DIF, Patricia L\u00f3pez Navarro, la alcaldesa de La Paz, Milena Quiroga Romero, el secretario general de Gobierno, Homero Davis Castro, as\u00ed como representantes de los municipios de Los Cabos, Comond\u00fa, Loreto y Muleg\u00e9, el secretario del Trabajo, Bienestar y Desarrollo Social, Omar Zavala Ag\u00fandez, se dieron a conocer indicadores en donde Baja California Sur se distingue como el estado con menor \u00edndice de pobreza a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Al reconocer que se debe avanzar en procesos de evaluaci\u00f3n, derivado de que durante administraciones pasadas no se atendieron los indicadores negativos, el Mandatario sudcaliforniano dijo que \u201cla firma de este acuerdo permitir\u00e1 ayudar formalmente a que cada una de las instituciones de asistencia social, aprendan a evaluar mejor su trabajo y se pueda tener un mejor desempe\u00f1o\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El titular del CONEVAL reconoci\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s del Gobernador por esta colaboraci\u00f3n y precis\u00f3 que \u201cun servidor o servidora p\u00fablica tenga inter\u00e9s en evaluarse, es importante porque en la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, para los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, lo m\u00e1s importante es visualizar los alcances de las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, y eso se logra a trav\u00e9s de indicadores de monitoreo y procesos en la materia\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Gobierno del Estado y el Consejo Nacional de Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica de Desarrollo<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-115761","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.3 -
