{"id":116010,"date":"2022-10-24T14:47:43","date_gmt":"2022-10-24T20:47:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=116010"},"modified":"2022-10-24T14:47:43","modified_gmt":"2022-10-24T20:47:43","slug":"recibe-congreso-iniciativa-ciudadana-para-crear-la-ley-para-el-fomento-al-emprendimiento-del-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=116010","title":{"rendered":"Recibe Congreso iniciativa ciudadana para crear la Ley para el Fomento al Emprendimiento del Estado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-116011 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/MESA-DIRECTIVA-OCT22-2-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"335\" height=\"222\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- La XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur recibi\u00f3 la iniciativa ciudadana con proyecto de decreto mediante la cual se busca crear la \u201cLey para el Fomento al Emprendimiento del Estado de Baja California Sur\u201d, que present\u00f3 el ciudadano Jos\u00e9 Gustavo D\u00edaz Tronco, que tiene como objetivo principal fomentar la cultura del emprendimiento como eje rector para el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico; la generaci\u00f3n de mejores condiciones de competitividad en la entidad, fijar las bases de coordinaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n entre los distintos actores pertenecientes al ecosistema de emprendimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la exposici\u00f3n de motivos, D\u00edaz Tronco mencion\u00f3 que la iniciativa presentada atiende la recisi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que permea en la entidad, derivado de la contingencia sanitaria por Covid-19, \u201c\u2026En consecuencia, se ha generado un decrecimiento, originando el cierre de empresas y p\u00e9rdida de empleo formal\u201d, indic\u00f3; no obstante, reconoci\u00f3 que Baja California Sur continua siendo una de las entidades con mayor crecimiento econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds en los \u00faltimos 5 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El iniciador puntualiz\u00f3 que, lo que se busca con el proyecto es, generar empresas y fuentes de empleo, nuevos modelos de negocios y atracci\u00f3n de inversiones con el objeto de generar riquezas y una mejor calidad de vida para los sudcalifornianos; para lo cual, ser\u00e1 necesario generar sinergia entre el Gobierno, empresas, c\u00e1maras, colegios, asociaciones civiles, instituciones educativas, no gubernamentales, iniciativa privada, inversionistas y ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente indic\u00f3 que, el 2020 finaliz\u00f3 con una valoraci\u00f3n anual negativa del 18.50%, generando una p\u00e9rdida de 22,000 mil empleos formales en Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa ciudadana fue turnada por la Mesa Directiva a la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Asuntos Comerciales y\u00a0 Tur\u00edsticos para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- La XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur recibi\u00f3 la iniciativa ciudadana<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-116010","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
