{"id":116334,"date":"2022-10-28T11:21:43","date_gmt":"2022-10-28T17:21:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=116334"},"modified":"2022-10-28T11:21:43","modified_gmt":"2022-10-28T17:21:43","slug":"tjabcs-fortalece-confianza-ciudadana-con-resultados-en-imparticion-de-justicia-arenal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=116334","title":{"rendered":"TJABCS fortalece confianza ciudadana con resultados en impartici\u00f3n de justicia: Arenal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-116335 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/FOTO1-BOLETIN-01-TRIBUNAL-JUSTICIA-ADMVA-BCS-755x418.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"334\" height=\"185\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Ang\u00e9lica Arenal Cese\u00f1a, Magistrada presidenta del Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa de BCS afirm\u00f3 que se trabaja para impartir justicia con oportunidad, certeza, imparcialidad, legalidad y, con ello, generar confianza en la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Desde su creaci\u00f3n en junio de 2018, el Tribunal se ha dado a la tarea de enfrentar diversos desaf\u00edos para posicionar, consolidar y fortalecer la labor jurisdiccional en beneficio de los ciudadanos mediante la modernizaci\u00f3n de los procesos y el fortalecimiento a la cultura de la legalidad, con la finalidad de contribuir al desarrollo del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Arenal Cese\u00f1a explic\u00f3 que, de los casi 900 expedientes integrados en cuatro a\u00f1os, aproximadamente un 60% por ciento han concluido encontr\u00e1ndose activos poco menos de 400.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Entre los asuntos m\u00e1s recurrentes son:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Incumplimiento de contratos de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios y de obras p\u00fablicas.<\/li>\n<li>Asuntos registrales y catastrales.<\/li>\n<li>Multas administrativas.<\/li>\n<li>Licencias y autorizaciones<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9ditos fiscales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl reto es fortalecernos como una instituci\u00f3n que brinda confianza a los ciudadanos al impartir justicia de manera clara, con precisi\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, incidiendo en la cultura de la legalidad y con ello en el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social de Baja California Sur\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la magistrada presidenta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Sostuvo que la instituci\u00f3n ha presentado un incremento en la recepci\u00f3n de demandas lo que es resultado de la confianza generada por el Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa en los ciudadanos y las autoridades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cAcercar la justicia implica responsabilidad y atino en las decisiones, preservando el estado de derecho y la seguridad jur\u00eddica de todos los Sudcalifornianos\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Ang\u00e9lica Arenal Cese\u00f1a, Magistrada presidenta del Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa de BCS afirm\u00f3 que se<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-116334","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
