height=\"226\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Un llamado a los titulares de los poderes y servidores p\u00fablicos a ser congruentes con la transparencia y el combate a corrupci\u00f3n, y a construir una nueva pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica que sustente la Ley de Archivos, llam\u00f3 la maestra Mireya Quintos Mart\u00ednez, Directora de Desarrollo Archiv\u00edstico Nacional del Archivo General de la Naci\u00f3n (AGN), luego de conocer el avance de los trabajos para la armonizaci\u00f3n de dicha ley en Baja California Sur, que realiza la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado a trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n de Transparencia y Anticorrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante su vista a los poderes Legislativo y Ejecutivo estatal, la funcionaria puntualiz\u00f3 que el AGN est\u00e1 impulsando que en las entidades federativas no s\u00f3lo se armonice la ley, si no que tambi\u00e9n, se lleve a cabo la implementaci\u00f3n con todo el esquema completo, de lo contrario se caer\u00eda en simulaci\u00f3n, \u201csi estamos hablando de transparencia sin ley de archivos, entonces\u00a0 es una simulaci\u00f3n, si estamos hablando de anticorrupci\u00f3n sin archivos, es una simulaci\u00f3n; entonces los gobiernos caen en opacidad y no se est\u00e1 atendiendo el problema de ra\u00edz\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de esta mesa de trabajo con diputadas, diputados, asesores y el titular de la Direcci\u00f3n de Archivo del Estado, Quintos Mart\u00ednez acompa\u00f1ada de Adriana L\u00f3pez Rodr\u00edguez, Secretaria T\u00e9cnica suplente del Consejo Nacional de Archivos (CONARCH), sostuvo tambi\u00e9n una primera mesa de trabajo con el Gobernador del Estado, V\u00edctor Castro y sujetos obligados del Gobierno del Estado, a fin de socializar los objetivos de la armonizaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de dicha ley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En ese contexto la funcionaria los anim\u00f3 a seguir paso a paso la implementaci\u00f3n que implica tambi\u00e9n la aprobaci\u00f3n de la ley, del Consejo Estatal de Archivos, entre otras acciones, y acordaron en acompa\u00f1amiento del AGN para dicho proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Del informe presentado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Transparencia y Anticorrupci\u00f3n se desprenden, la elaboraci\u00f3n de la nueva ley, mesas de trabajo con jur\u00eddicos, el ITAI, el Sistema Estatal Anticorrupci\u00f3n y su Consejo de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, \u00e1reas de archivos de los municipios, as\u00ed como un trabajo permanente con la Direcci\u00f3n de Archivos del Gobierno del Estado y diversas dependencias estatales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La diputada Gabriela Cisneros Ruiz, presidenta de la comisi\u00f3n inform\u00f3 que el pasado 14 de octubre con aportaciones de las instituciones, la comisi\u00f3n concluy\u00f3 el primer borrador de la Ley de Archivos para el Estado, versi\u00f3n en la que se incluyeron observaciones e informaci\u00f3n recibida, y la cual fue enviada al Archivo General de la Naci\u00f3n para su an\u00e1lisis y evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Precis\u00f3 que se ha puesto especial \u00e9nfasis en la elaboraci\u00f3n de la propuesta de ley, considerando la estructura de la Ley General de Archivos y las acciones de anticonstitucionalidad interpuestas por el INAI, \u201cel objetivo es contar con un instrumento jur\u00eddico estructurado con el m\u00e1s alto nivel de armonizaci\u00f3n con la Ley General para evitar ser observados\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p
