Ana Bertha Silva Solorzano; comparecieron el Presidente del Comit\u00e9 Directivo Estatal, Fabrizio del Castillo Miranda, la Secretaria General, Roxana Higuera Espinoza, la diputada local loretana Paz del Alma Ochoa Amador y el Secretario de Organizaci\u00f3n del CDE, Luis Silva Beltr\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Atestiguaron el nombramiento, el exgobernador Guillermo Mercado Romero, el expresidente del CDE del PRI BCS, Antonio Manriquez Guluarte, el secretario de Operaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica del CDE, Ra\u00fal Ortega Salgado, el l\u00edder territorial en los cabos, Dami\u00e1n Vel\u00e1zquez Cruz, el secretario general del PRI Loreto, Carlos Casta\u00f1eda Davis, el dirigente estatal de la ANUR, Prof. Jes\u00fas Murillo Aguilar, la dirigente estatal del Movimiento Territorial, Arely Aldaco Amador, la secretaria general de Fundaci\u00f3n Colosio, Valeria Robles Ruiz, el dirigente estatal del movimiento PRI.MX, Javier Salgado Ch\u00e1vez; as\u00ed como dirigencias municipales de sectores y organizaciones del Partido Revolucionario Institucional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ya en posici\u00f3n de Delegada del CEN del PRI en BCS, la lic. Edna Garc\u00eda, dirigi\u00f3 un emotivo y propositivo mensaje d\u00f3nde convoc\u00f3 a sumar esfuerzos, a fortalecer la unidad partidista, pero, sobre todo, a incrementar la cercan\u00eda con la militancia y la ciudadan\u00eda sudcaliforniana. De igual manera escuch\u00f3 y respondi\u00f3 preguntas, como las realizadas por la delegada del CDE en Los Cabos, Alicia Castro, y el corresponsales de medios de comunicaci\u00f3n. Finalmente, el exgobernador Guillermo Mercado Romero estuvo a cargo del mensaje de cierre de actividades, a trav\u00e9s del cu\u00e1l manifesto su entusiasmo, compromiso y apoyo para esta nueva etapa de responsabilidad pol\u00edtica partidista de la nueva delegada del CEN en BCS, lic.
