{"id":119299,"date":"2022-12-13T15:05:09","date_gmt":"2022-12-13T22:05:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=119299"},"modified":"2022-12-13T15:05:09","modified_gmt":"2022-12-13T22:05:09","slug":"los-cabos-es-1er-lugar-en-el-indice-de-competitividad-urbana-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=119299","title":{"rendered":"Los Cabos es 1er lugar en el \u00cdndice de Competitividad Urbana 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-119300 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/02-Los-Cabos-es-1er-lugar-en-el-indice-de-competitividad-urbana-2022-1-755x425.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"341\" height=\"192\" \/>Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.- \u201cUna ciudad competitiva genera, atrae y retiene talento e inversi\u00f3n\u201d, as\u00ed lo da a conocer el Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad (IMCO), por ello, a\u00f1o con a\u00f1o realiza un ICU o \u00cdndice de Competitividad Urbana para conocer el desempe\u00f1o y retos que presenta cada ciudad y Los Cabos, por tama\u00f1o de poblaci\u00f3n, -entre 250 y 500 mil habitantes-, es 1er lugar de 20 ciudades con una elevada percepci\u00f3n de seguridad y buenos salarios, que adem\u00e1s, aprovecha bien sus relaciones internacionales, en particular a trav\u00e9s de su oferta hotelera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">A partir del an\u00e1lisis de 69 indicadores agrupados en 10 sub\u00edndices, el estudio de IMCO eval\u00faa a 66 ciudades incluyendo el municipio de Los Cabos, bajo una metodolog\u00eda que reconoce la complejidad de las distintas zonas urbanas, por lo que los resultados se presentan por tama\u00f1o de poblaci\u00f3n y se clasifican en seis niveles de competitividad, logrando establecer al destino austral de Baja California Sur en 1er lugar con nivel medio alto, donde las personas encuentran m\u00e1s y mejores oportunidades, seguridad, innovaci\u00f3n y conectividad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo y pese a que el ICU en su edici\u00f3n 2022 observa avances en las actividades relacionadas con el turismo, incremento en el uso de servicios financieros y aumento en el n\u00famero de sectores econ\u00f3micos activos, para logar mantener ciudades m\u00e1s competitivas, el IMCO propone hacer \u00e9nfasis en la coordinaci\u00f3n con otros actores privados, acad\u00e9micos y organizaciones de la sociedad civil; planeaci\u00f3n de la inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura enfocada a resolver m\u00e1s de un problema; y el uso de herramientas electr\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.- \u201cUna ciudad competitiva genera, atrae y retiene talento e inversi\u00f3n\u201d, as\u00ed lo da a conocer<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[40],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-119299","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-municipios"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
