Hace 48 a\u00f1os, entr\u00f3 en vigor la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Baja California Sur, y amparados por ella, crecemos, prosperamos y maduramos como sociedad, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el Presidente del Honorable Tribunal Superior de Justicia y del Consejo de la Judicatura en el Estado, Magistrado Daniel Gallo Rodr\u00edguez, en su intervenci\u00f3n durante la Sesi\u00f3n Solemne en la que se conmemor\u00f3 el XLVIII Aniversario de la promulgaci\u00f3n, publicaci\u00f3n y entrada en vigor de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n
Ante la Diputada Mar\u00eda Guadalupe Moreno Higuera, Presidenta de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente, as\u00ed como del Secretario General de Gobierno del Estado, Homero Davis Castro, el Magistrado Presidente a nombre de los poderes p\u00fablicos del Estado, hizo hincapi\u00e9 que en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del\u00a0 Estado promulgada la ma\u00f1ana del 15 de\u00a0 enero de 1975, nuestros Constituyentes, supieron interpretar perfectamente la historia, la cultura, la pol\u00edtica, y el desarrollo de la vida en comunidad de las ciudadanas y ciudadanos de todos los rincones de la geograf\u00eda del entonces Territorio de Baja California Sur, elementos que han nutrido\u00a0 nuestro texto constitucional y que hoy en d\u00eda, en la evoluci\u00f3n sudcaliforniana, en este tiempo de cambio y transformaci\u00f3n, siguen siendo una base s\u00f3lida de la Carta Magna que rige nuestra vida como sociedad organizada.<\/p>\n
Agreg\u00f3 que la Constituci\u00f3n de nuestro Estado, tiene la virtud de adaptarse a los tiempos y a las formas cambiantes de nuestra \u00e9poca, tiene la capacidad de descifrar y entender el momento hist\u00f3rico y hacerlo parte de nuestra vida institucional, gracias sobre todo al gran trabajo que han desarrollado las diecis\u00e9is legislaturas del Congreso del Estado, con sentido de oportunidad y comprensi\u00f3n del contexto local, nacional e internacional.<\/p>\n
El Magistrado Presidente, asegur\u00f3 que en el Poder Judicial se cumple con las obligaciones que la Constituci\u00f3n mandata, una justicia humana, moderna y cercana con la sociedad, es nuestra aspiraci\u00f3n y resume todo el esfuerzo de Magistradas, Magistrados, Consejeras y Consejeros de la Judicatura, Juezas y Jueces.<\/p>\n
En ese sentido reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso de seguir contribuyendo en la defensa de los derechos de las mujeres, las ni\u00f1as, los ni\u00f1os, los adolescentes, los grupos vulnerables y de todo aquel ciudadano que demanda justicia del fuero com\u00fan, para que el mandato de la Constituci\u00f3n se imponga por encima de todo inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
Al tiempo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los tres poderes p\u00fablicos de la Entidad, Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial, han mostrado con coordinaci\u00f3n, que la meta com\u00fan es el bienestar de las y los sudcalifornianos.<\/p>\n
Por \u00faltimo, dijo que en esta fecha, se ratifica el compromiso de servir al pueblo, ese mismo pueblo que se ve plenamente representado en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica Local.<\/p>\n
