{"id":120742,"date":"2023-01-23T21:13:09","date_gmt":"2023-01-24T04:13:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=120742"},"modified":"2023-01-23T21:13:09","modified_gmt":"2023-01-24T04:13:09","slug":"firman-convenio-de-colaboracion-pgje-y-contraloria-general-de-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=120742","title":{"rendered":"Firman convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n PGJE y Contralor\u00eda General de BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-120743 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/FOTO-COMUNICADO-046-3-755x446.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"338\" height=\"200\" \/>Reforzar el v\u00ednculo institucional y garantizar a los servidores p\u00fablicos encausados en alg\u00fan procedimiento, el respeto a la debida defensa, al debido proceso y sus derechos humanos, objetivo de la firma de convenio que esta ma\u00f1ana signaron la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) y la Contralor\u00eda General de Gobierno del estado (CG).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el acto encabezado por los titulares de ambas dependencias, Daniel de la Rosa Anaya y Rosa Cristina Buend\u00eda Soto, se destac\u00f3 que el convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n en materia administrativa, proporcionar\u00e1 defensores por parte de la CG ante los procedimientos de responsabilidad administrativa que lleve a cabo la Comisi\u00f3n de Honor y Justicia, como \u00f3rgano encargado de sustanciar y resolver los procedimientos disciplinarios de car\u00e1cter administrativo, iniciados a integrantes del Servicio Profesional de Carrera pertenecientes a la PGJE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Procurador General de Justicia salud\u00f3 con benepl\u00e1cito la firma del documento que cubre un \u00e1rea de oportunidad y formaliza que se garantice la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley para las partes intervinientes en alg\u00fan procedimiento, sin cabida a la corrupci\u00f3n e impunidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ello redundar\u00e1, destac\u00f3, que en los casos donde alg\u00fan trabajador o trabajadora ya no desee estar en la instituci\u00f3n, se llegue a acuerdos convenientes para ambas partes, sin conflictos largos y desgastantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte la Contralora General del Estado, Rosa Cristina Buend\u00eda Soto, manifest\u00f3 que, en la actual Administraci\u00f3n, el combate a la corrupci\u00f3n es el objetivo principal para brindar a las y los ciudadanos, certeza jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Para la firma del convenio estuvieron presentes las y los Integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Honor y Justicia, la Subprocuradur\u00eda Jur\u00eddica y de Amparo y el \u00d3rgano Interno de Control de la PGJE.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reforzar el v\u00ednculo institucional y garantizar a los servidores p\u00fablicos encausados en alg\u00fan procedimiento, el respeto a la debida defensa,<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-120742","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
