{"id":120932,"date":"2023-01-28T19:29:27","date_gmt":"2023-01-29T02:29:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=120932"},"modified":"2023-01-28T19:29:27","modified_gmt":"2023-01-29T02:29:27","slug":"40-empresas-de-la-paz-conforman-mesa-para-impulsar-el-empleo-sne-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=120932","title":{"rendered":"40 empresas de La Paz conforman Mesa para Impulsar el Empleo: SNE BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-120933 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/FOTO-BOLETIN-641-MESA-EMPLEO-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"330\" height=\"220\" \/>El Gobierno del Estado a trav\u00e9s del Servicio Nacional de Empleo en Baja California Sur conform\u00f3 la Mesa Intersectorial para Impulsar el Empleo en La Paz como parte de la nueva estrategia de vinculaci\u00f3n laboral, inform\u00f3 Vladimir Torres Navarro, titular del SNE-BCS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Explic\u00f3 que parte de las acciones que se implementan en este 2023 es la evoluci\u00f3n del antiguo mecanismo de vinculaci\u00f3n laboral que hoy se fortalece para abordar de forma integral los retos en torno a la empleabilidad en este municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, el secretario del Trabajo, Omar Antonio Zavala Ag\u00fandez, exhort\u00f3 a los presentes a trabajar para dar seguimiento a los acuerdos que se tomen, puesto que ser\u00e1n en beneficio de las y los pace\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Nuevo Sistema est\u00e1 conformado por 40 empresas del sector privado y 15 instituciones del sector p\u00fablico, quienes abordaron temas de vacantes disponibles, inclusi\u00f3n laboral y detecci\u00f3n temprana de buscadores de empleo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, estuvieron presentes tambi\u00e9n los titulares del Instituto Sudcaliforniano para la Inclusi\u00f3n de Personas con Discapacidad, Instituto de Capacitaci\u00f3n de los Trabajadores del Estado de BCS, Instituto Sudcaliforniano de la Juventud, de Canirac La Paz, as\u00ed como el titular de Bienestar y Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico quien represent\u00f3 a la Alcaldesa de La Paz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 en los primeros d\u00edas del mes de marzo y se abordar\u00e1n temas relativos a la orientaci\u00f3n a buscadores de empleo, inclusi\u00f3n laboral y alternativas de capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Torres Navarro a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que las Mesas Intersectoriales se est\u00e1n conformando en toda la entidad; se espera que para el primer trimestre se pongan en marcha siete para lograr una cobertura estatal donde se reconozcan las particularidades de cada mercado laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, dijo que el SNE-BCS continuar\u00e1 trabajando para acercar vacantes a la gente y a impulsar una nueva cultura laboral incluyente, que genera desarrollo para las comunidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno del Estado a trav\u00e9s del Servicio Nacional de Empleo en Baja California Sur conform\u00f3 la Mesa Intersectorial para<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-120932","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
