Pi\u00f1eda <\/em>en el marco de su 36 aniversario, material consistente en juguetes did\u00e1cticos para aumentar las actividades de las bibliotecas de nuestra media pen\u00ednsula<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Director General del ISC, V\u00edctor Hugo Caballero Guti\u00e9rrez, estuvo acompa\u00f1ado en representaci\u00f3n del gobernador V\u00edctor Castro Cos\u00edo, por la Subsecretaria de la Secretar\u00eda de Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana, Infraestructura, Movilidad, Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (SEPUIMM), Paulina Garc\u00eda, as\u00ed como Sim\u00f3n Mendoza Gonz\u00e1lez, por parte de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (SEP), y el Coordinador Estatal de Bibliotecas, Ernesto Adams Ruiz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En palabras del Coordinador de Bibliotecas, Ernesto Adams, dijo que \u201cel espacio fue inaugurado el 26 de enero de 1987 por el entonces gobernador Alberto Andr\u00e9s Alvarado Ar\u00e1mburo, y no estaba contemplado como una biblioteca, sino para otro tipo de espacios, pero el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n estableci\u00f3 que cada estado tuviera una biblioteca central, por lo que se aprovecharon los espacios que hoy ocupan el \u00e1rea infantil y la biblioteca de la planta alta\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el director del ISC, hizo hincapi\u00e9 en que \u201cen aras del entusiasmo que siempre muestran los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as, acompa\u00f1ados de sus padres y madres, es importante el impulso de proyectos de este tipo, dado que permite que no haya rezagos ni huecos en la educaci\u00f3n formal\u201d; por ello recalc\u00f3 que \u201ces esencial aprovechar los espacios para difundir la cultura y contribuir a la formaci\u00f3n infantil d\u00e1ndoles herramientas que consoliden su llegada a las universidades\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno del Estado, a trav\u00e9s del Instituto Sudcaliforniano de Cultura (ISC), entreg\u00f3 a la Biblioteca Central Filem\u00f3n C.
